Never use them, use them on your own risk. If package get damaged the will blame you
#thecourierguy Never use the courier guy if you business still small, their rude, never take responsibility Out of 5 bucket the only delivery only one, never told me I just find out myself from customer that y she is receiving only one bucket When I inquire I find out two bucket their courier damage them at their warehouse. But if two are damaged y delivery only one not 3, still nothing. Also y charge for 5 bucket for delivery, when you deliver only 1? Also no feedback I wonder what type of package do the wanted, if you drop the bucket to the floor it's going to broke up that is a pure knowledge 0 So for you safety never use them See screenshot below. I'm still waiting for the refund and I want to collect my damaged pine jelly as the say only 2 are damaged, I still want those other two

Unprofessional service of two individuals Bongani
During december given my company manager to apply for PO funding . Then January so called Bongani said that the are needing personal proof of residents , like a bill from municipality . He told him that we stay at rural areas , we don't have it , but we do use tribe letter like Chief letter and affidavit form police as proof of address . Then he called ,he raised his voice rude ,then we hang up ,we received email telling as to complete registration. Then Bongani that when he call him a crazy man , even put emoji laughing ,seems as it's verbal insult , In harshly way , How a professional person write email like that? And assume a person who respect him afterwards. Best professional respond should had been , Hi you don't qualify because you don't have personal proof of address form you municipality ,that the reason why ,we can not fund you . It been a good answer not that of childishness game and deride or mock someone as you can feel the tone and rhythm of his email writing style . Best department is sales , as end of month my company going to subscribe mobile telephone with marketdirect
