Absolutely Apalling Service. My 5 year old daughter is on your medical aid. We had to choose medical aids and your rep was pushing Bonitas. Telling us how AMAZING they are. You REFUSE my daughter who needs critical dental care to be helped in theatre!! Deapite the Dentist refusing to help her in the chair due to her age and severity of work needed. I find this APPALLING!!!!!!! YOU CAN CONTACT ME
Utterly shocked with upgrade process. Phone lying with RAM courier for a week now and still waiting for vodacom to phone me!!!!!
Bought a washing machine last week Wednesday. The Friday they delivered it DENTED. I WENT TO Makro and complained to the manager. On Monday late afternoon they replaced the machine with ANOTHER DENTED MACHINE!!!! Is this the servive that we must be sattisfied with??? Must I get another dented machine after waiting another 2 days?????
Extremely Dissapointed.... 2018.03.01 we joined the Scheme. Upfront we told them about our Chronical medication and are paying extra for this. Now nothing is being paid!!!!!! Alll for nothing. They even reuse to give a certificate for tax to show what is being paid and what not. We are Just paying for nothing. Can we Please get someone to clarify!!!!!!

Havinf the WORST experience with Vodacom to upgrade. Phoned to do an upgrade and consultant assisted. Wrong phone was ordered and I phoned immediately to advise them. Never did I get the sms that I was supposed to accept or decline because they sent this sms to a wifi number! After Numerous calls I could still not be helped. I went to a vodashop and they said they can not assist me! Phoned the call centre again and spoke to the initial lady that assisted me - Lebo. She PROMISED that she will sort this out and the wrong phone will Not be delivered. Today the WRONG PHONE was sent so I refuses to take the phone. I waited whole day for Lebo to sort this out but no phone call or sms was recieved dispite the promises. I now want to cancell the contract due to this horrible experience but guess what. No one can still assist me! This is the worst service ever Vodacom! I have been a client all my life.. but really are fed up with this!!!!!!!
