It is not a coincidence that this company has a rating of less than 2 ,I am certain if it was possible all the reviewers would have given them a negative rating. The worst financial decision you can make as a working professional would be spending your hard earned money to buy from this developer. All the issues are common ,it reveals a pattern ,a modus operandi which coincidentally seems to affect the lower class ,perhaps we are not deserving of professional and quality service? This mimics a certain era in South Africa I won't dwell much on. 1. Poor quality material ,the geysers are non compliant and they aren't taking responsibility. 2. High water bill exacerbated by construction ,they take no responsibility 3. We had to fight them to install a fence ,they then installed an incomplete fence without any razor. They take no responsibility they just send lawyers as is the case in South Africa ,use an unequal justice system to fight those who cannot afford. Never buy from this developer ,you worked very hard for your money.
It's probably a futile exercise to write a review here about Eskom ,they won't even bother themselves. Useless call centre agents,who drop calls Useless supervisors who cannot even speak proper english Useless technicians who only collect a salary end of the month Useless company led by useless people. They cannot figure out the cause of a problem for over 6months ,what are these technicians being paid for???? If you are poor they don't even bother to assist ,you must live in Constantia to get any help from these useless individuals.
If it was possible to give a 0 rating ,I would give it to this company. Worst of the worst ,don't buy anything from this company who exploit us for profit. They use cheap materials everywhere ,their roofs are leaking. I wonder how their units got approved by the regulators. Goede hoop avenue in Kraaifontein,if you were hoping to buy there ,don't. This company has a 2 rating on Hello Peter and that's generous. Also look at the people who complain ,it's not a coincidence ,they deploy sub par service to that specific community because they can get away with it
I can see they don't reply to reviews ,not sure if this will actually resolve my complaint as their customer service is absolutely terrible They are holding my deposit for over a month now ,deducting non existent monies ,the administrator Ebeneth doesn't even bother responding to emails and very Incompetent Stay Cleer of this company ,

If i were possible to rate a company zero, the worst of the worst, I am even angry when typing this. You pay for insurance every month and when it's time to claim they send you from pillar to post. Their representatives don't even know what they are doing, if this is the service they deliver under supervision, God knows how incompetent their supervisor is An ombudsman complaint does not even amuse them one bit, they just simply ignore it and continue with their sheer incompetence. I curse the day i established a relationship with this incompetent company. Sickening!!!!!!!!

Money grabbing agents,they manipulate municipal accounts and inflate them for personal benefit Stay away from this agency
They enter tenant's rooms without their consent and you will have major problems getting your deposit back.They also add unregulated fees in their lease agreements. Biggest crooks in the property industry ,never rent with these people. The agent is Desiree Welman , alternatively request a different agent if you are desperate for a place to stay.
