horrible service I have been receiving from BMW Autobahn. Recently they were authorized to repair the right side of the car BMW X4 which was done however the following was discovered: 1. The car was returned missing a rear right locknut pausing a huge risk because anything could have happened. The wheel could have been easily ****** or the wheel could have came out whilst driving. 2. They didnt put back the pump and the first aid kit back in the car which was also posing another rish should we have had an emergency. 3. The boot left service book holder was also left broken. 4. There were white residual paints on the left hand side front and rear doors which we reported and they came back and said they didnt work on the left hand side. We are quite aware that they only worked on the right side but the residual was realized upon receiving the car back from them. They damaged our VPC on the left hand side while trying to remove the paint and blatantly denying the fact that the residual paint eminates from their workshop. 5. The right rear inner handle was left with gaps not properly assembled , not properly as received. This isnt the first time we've had issues with Autobahn. Even on our previous fixes, the experience was not satisfactory. I am more than happy to disclose more info about my horrible experience.

Paxi customer servise is the worst as i have been enquiring about my parcel which is supposed to be delivered on the after 7 days from the 11th of September, I urgently need the parcel and now I’m told about the 25th of September, which is unacceptable my delivery date is supposed to be the 19th I called them asking if I can collect my parcel wherever it is or pay extra fee for the delivery. I was told there’s nothing they can do and they refused when I asked to speak to the manager .I’m getting different dates and this is frustrating the parcel has been with the courier since the 11th. No update since then.
I have unknown Uber transactions that went off my account without my authentication, the transaction were more than two same time and my bank suspected ***** and froze my card. I reported this to Uber with proof of transactions, without any investigation they say it’s not Uber eats, the transaction in my statement clearly shows Uber eats
I'm very disappointed with Joburg city auto this is my second experience were I took my car in for service and i was told that the car radiator has a stone chip with them don't cover, my aircon was not working due to that, by then my car wash still under motor plan, I claimed from my insurance and was advised that there's nothing wrong with the radiator they tried regasing only to find that the compressor is the one with the problem, I laid a complain with BMW south Africa it's over a week now and no one got back to me, the saddest think its that my my car is no longer under motor plan, this is not the first time I experience such service from Joburg auto.I've been a loyal BMW for years but I am extremely disappointed.I need someone to get to the bottom of this, I don't understand why Joburg auto couldn't pick up the problem.

I'm very disappointed with my order.The picture advertised on their page and what i received are totally different.False adverti*****t and now i'm told i will be charged 50% for refund.On their side they said the tshirt is a Polo tshirt only to be delivered some brand i do not know and the lame personalized printing.Order no. 105807113
