After contracting to G4S for 6 years to collect our cash, during COVID they cancelled our collection and have the audacity to charge us x2 months fees R10 000 for services never rendered, we have since cancelled all services with this company, as we have found them to be a ruthless corporate company with no sympathy for the pain small companies faced during covid, in addition management or accounts make no effort to their accounts
MTN administration have failed again. It is the 3rd time in 5 months they have switched off my service for no reason after i have paid and sent POP. Their incompetence in their accounts department is beyond comprehension for a "supposed" professional company
THE 2nd time in 2 months, MTN have cut my services without notice and cause and are unreachable via their call centre or their customer service, THANKFULLY WE HAVE OTHER CHOICES WHEN our contracts are up for renewal, until then, sadly I have to suffer their bad service

MTN's service during the lockdown is horrendous, they do not respond to emails, calls or social media after they erroneously suspended my service. I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AND WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR MY CELL PHONE SERVICE
Be aware when you purchase a Suzuki whose purchase price will be more affordable than Toyota, you realise when you have to replace basics like a clutch, R5600 as opposed to under R2000 at Toyota. Every one of their spares are outlandishly expensive, they do not tell you that when they sell you the vehicle.
I see 2 other people have had the same bad experience, it is time they are reported to the consumer protection council before any more people are caught
We had the worst experience with this company, they advertised an item on line. We paid for it, it took 2 weeks to get to us, when it arrived it was poorly packaged and was not suitable, we informed them they need to collect their product - it took another 2 weeks for them to send a courier to collect it, we are now awaiting a refund, I will continue this review and will monitor how long it takes for a refund, the item was collected last 5 days ago.
