I went with Wootware as many friends had recommended them for their great prices and speedy service. Great prices they do have but speedy service, definitely not. Paid for laptop on the 3rd August and today is the 15th, laptop delivery keeps getting pushed due to the now ended taxi strike which finished last week sometime (I stand corrected). I don't understand how the taxi strike can delay my laptop delivery. My laptop will arrive sometime. I just hope my pc will last till that time. Would I currently recommend Wootware - definitely not.
Multiply is part of the momentum umbrella. We have been trying to get an issue resolved with multiply money for over 2 weeks but nobody can sort it out and they dont come back to me unless I send email after email complaining. JUST SORT OUT THE PROBLEM!!!!!!
I managed to get hold of you last week and chatted to Happy Moloi telephonically and I then said over the phone and subsequently sent an email that I wish to cancel my covid-19 account as I cant access it. Happy Moloi only replied on Saturday saying it takes 72 hours to cancel. Which means it should have been cancelled by now but alas the account is still open and gaining interest and I still cant use it. So, in a nutshell - PLEASE CANCEL MY COVID-19 ACCOUNT NOW. How many times do I need to ask you?
I applied for the Covid-19 fund which was approved and I am paying interest for an account I cant even access. I cant get hold of you to assist me, I went to my bank and was told I had to get hold of this particular department myself PLEASE REPLY TO ME !!!!!!!!!
Today at 16H41 I was lying down due to having had a headache the whole day. Our cat ran into our room looking positively ****ked. I wen to investigate and after walking around the house, the last room I went into was the kitchen. There I saw an intruder in my kitchen who when he saw/heard me he bolted outside. Where inside the house he was I have no idea. I then shut the backdoor and locked it and hit the panic button. It took your control office at least 3 minutes (I am being generous now as I think it was closer to 5) to call me . I explained who I was and that there had been an intruder in my house. They said they would send someone. I then called the police who arrived after 10 minutes. I called your control office again and was told that some one had been there and everything was fine. This however was not the case as I had been standing in the lounge/dining room area waiting for someone to arrive. I was told someone would come out again. The police returned and we spoke then they were alerted to where the suspect had been more recently so they shot off. The police then returned with the suspect in the back of the vehicle. He was taken out of the back of the van and I identified him as being the intruder in my house. He was returned to the back of the van and then the police spoke to my neighbours and after a few minutes one of your vehicles slowly drove past and carried on driving but turned around and stopped outside my house. Your employee chatted and made a joke or comment to the police as he then laughed and climbed out and came to speak to me. He said he had just come on shift and that is why he was late. When I complained a few weeks ago about your lack of being prompt when our alarm went off and my wife came home and waited for your guys to arrive - it was sometime before 08H00 and the armed response did not arrive. My wife then went into the house. What if there had been an intruder? Gerhard mentioned that the armed response guy was busy with an alarm. What was he busy doing with an alarm so early in the morning? How many vehicles do you have for response calls available? Now, here is the very important question: Why am I paying you every month as an armed response company when it takes you 45 minutes to respond to our distress call? I can walk from one side of Oudtshoorn to the other in 45 minutes or from your office to my house and back in 45 minutes easily. On your website, you claim to do these things but fall horribly short and with this in mind you clearly do not have my security in mind. I know I am stuck in a 24 month contract but if you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing, I should be able to cancel that contact as you are failing me. With the shocking "service" you provide your paying customers with, had this been in Cape Town, your company would not have lasted 1 month. In Cape Town, our security company called immediately, and was outside our house within 2 minutes. Yes, 2 minutes - not 45 minutes...
I ordered a product online and was told it would be ready in 11 days as they didnt stock it. I could only order from certain stores as the store closest to me I was told ordering it was not available. I went to collect after 13 days and was told it was at the Montagu Gardens branch (I work round the corner from them but could not collect from them as it was not possible via their website). This is how Buidlers apparently work. Goods are delivered to the Montagu Gardens branch (where you cant collect) and then distributed to the branc where you can collect). I was told it would be at the branch where I can collect (Parow) on Wednesday 31 July. I drove back home early Thursday morning so it would have worked out perfectly - had Builders kept to their promise. I am now trying to get a refund but even that is proving to be difficult. Buidlers motto should be - we promise you the earth and deliver you a molehill.
I was promised new cards by FNB. They said the courier company (CCD Couriers) would deliver my cards this week. I get a couple phone calls from CCD Couriers and sms's promising delivery will be 13 March between 08H00 - 12H00. I then get a call from CCD couriers saying they can now only deliver on the 19th March as that is when the next delivery will be to Oudtshoorn. On their website they promise the following : Ensuring Our Customers' Satisfaction Products are delivered within 24 hours to all metropolitans and 48 hours from collection to all rural areas. CCD caters for deliveries of fulfillment packages to 226 countries worldwide. If you can't keep to your promise, remove this from your website as your are in fact lying to the public. My cards are sitting at head office in Johannesburg and they cant them my cards to me. For FNB - GET ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY, these guys suck big time!!!!!!!!
