E dreams are ****** **** bags, *****ing money from our accounts.This cant keep on going on like this. No consent for them to take money from my account. I recently closed the account because of them. Today they deducted money from my other account, how they get that right, who authorized it , I don't know. These are ****mers/ ******. I want All my hard earned money you stole.

Worst service ever. I will never ever trust the Courier Guy with my parcel ever. I sent an email for them to pick my parcel from GERMISTON on a Thursday. The parcel was never picked up. I re ceived an email on Friday informing me that I booked my parcel late. I called to hear when can I receive my parcel. They assured me that I will get it on Saturday. I sent a driver and they told him that my parcel is in Cape Town and I must pay R2500 in order for me to get my parcel. I refused to pay. They called me after a week to say my parcel has arrived, they gave me a wrong parcel, a box with a piece of cable in it. I gave it back to them and demanded my parcel. My parcel was only picked up after almost 2 weeks. No apologies, no empathy, from a rude so called manager by the name of Jonny.
I received best service ever at Yoco. Purchased my card machine in September 2018,no regrets. Amazing customer service . They understand the language of Small Business.
I have a contract with Telkom for a router to deduct R289 on the 1st of every month, but the problem is they deduct whenever they feel like and whatever the amount they want almost double the amount they supposed to deduct. Their call centre is forever busy, you won't get assistance. Terrible, disgusting???
