I have been such a loyal customer to Lewis stores, bought 2 TV's and on my last month of payment missed a payment and came back to make an arrangement to pay everything I owed within a 2 month period. Lewis loaded a debit order of all that I owed. After I had made my full payment they call me to state that I still owe them interest that they failed to workout on the debit order that I had signed for into settling my debt. I contacted client services and spoke to Chant who than transferred me to Shariesha Williams. I was told that the store needs to write off the account and this was in March 2023. To my surprise they go and debit my account on the 23 September without my consent, taking from my vehicle finance funds. I now have to pay debit order reversals, non-payment fees and interest because of this Lewis who is *********** and debits peoples accounts anytime they feel like and they fail to balance their accounts to provide professional and accurate in formation to their clients. I need my money urgently and I want all these charges to be paid by Lewis, perthitic service and will never shop with this store, they have damaged even my credit score.

Put a lay-buy on a Samsung 58 inch with a sound bar and the messed my lay buy, from the order to cashiers. 3 weeks later my Laybuy is not fully available I spend over an hour waiting to take the TV and from Gateway to travel to Pavilion branch to fetch the sound bar. I am so disappointed in the Service
I did an online application on the 2nd July 2020 and have been waiting for 7 days. I call and get transferred and dropped. What a horrible experience.
I have paid all my debts in full but I keep getting call and sms's telling me I owe them. This is the worse company and their call centre you never get through to them. If my account gets debited again I swear I sue them very well. This is ridiculous.
I'm disappointment by their finance Department. I made a cancellation and sent all my banking details to them but nobody has even bothered to contact me and tell me about delays. I mean R1000 is taking Fun Holidays over 30 day's to pay a refund? It was on the 14th November where I sent Junior my banking details as requested but after I kept calling and being told it will clear, till today I have never received my R1000 and they are now telling me it will take 14 business day's. I'm so fed up and really don't care if you refund me or not! A company I trusted is so poor to paying refunds. I'm so disappointed. Angry client and will never book through you or recommend to my family and friend's.
