I have been purchasing from them for over 2 years. The online service is great, fast and efficient. Their perfume is quality and incredibly cheap. They do not 14 day delivery, but I ordered my perfume on the 25/03/2025 and received it now at 11:21 on the 26/03/2025. That is incredible service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Quick and great service. Got my personalized baubles in 3 days. I will definitely recommend them and I will be ordering again.
I am astonished by the owners response and attitude regarding queries about the tiger. They do not work well with the community no do they work with other security companies in the area. Alex Gagiano's attitude stinks towards clients and non-clients. You just need to see how bad her attitude is on their page and other Edenvale pages. Do your due diligence and research them. I would not recommend them whatsoever.
Do not bother emailing, filling out the online query form or even calling. You get absolutely ZERO help. My parcel has been delayed by a week due to their backlog. I ordered my goods in time for a function this weekend and after how many emails, practically begging them to deliver, they chose to not to assist and I had to cancel a function that was booked and paid for 3 months ago. I will not recommend them. Their service is PATHETIC.
If I could give zero stars I would. They courier for Edcon from whom I ordered a few things. The stock was given to Fast And Furious Couriers on the 07/01/2019. I had to contact them on the 11/01/2019 as the stock had still not arrived. Their agents weren't friendly at all, I was told that my parcel is still on their floor and they do not have a driver. The parcel finally arrived on the 14/01/2019, 7 days later, the packaging looked terrible, it looked as if someone had kicked it around, the seal tape and sticker had been broken, my glass ware and plastic ware was removed from their bubble wrapped packaging inside the box. I was never contacted prior to the delivery to let me know of a delay or problem. Their service is shocking and unprofessional.
I am disapointed in the service I am receiving. No one can help me. I placed my stationary order on the 28/11/2018. The website says delivery takes place between 2 - 5 working days. I contacted them on the 04/12/2018 to ask where my order is as it has been showing in pick for 4 days. I phoned 2 times on the 05/12/2018, but the call centre agents are telling me what I already know, that it is still in pick. I was also told that they would escalate this to the online management team and that they would contact me, no one has at all. I have emailed again today and I phoned, spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Mpho who escalated this to her manager and the manager escalated this to the online management team, she also told me that there is a delay in sourcing some of my order, however the website states that CNA will contact me when they have a delay, but still no notification on what is going on. Again I was told that they would contact me. I am going on leave from the 07/12/2018 and I am not here until January, that is why I placed my order early and in time. No one knows what is going on. I am panicking now as no one has answers and all I am getting now is it has been escalated. I have 1 day left, what are you going to do to fix this problem CNA?
