On the 15th January I bought ticket on line of R500 for my mother since my partner was in Hospital..For my mother to come look after my Child but then she couldn't come and I cancelled it before 24 Hours at 12:30 Saturday and the bus was for Sunday at 14:15 from Mthatha to Cape Town,They refuse to refund me up until today EAGLE LINER TRANSPORT...Ref No:BO8JN66L, Service NO:ET3045
Yesterday I spoke to one of the consultant and as Per Agreement my contract must deduct end of December because it is not on my Budget but now they already deducted...I want my Money and I'm no longer interested in that Cellphone because the agreement wasn't taken seriously..
Cancel my Policy I'm saying it again it's useless for me..
It's been months now waiting for Clearance Certificate to them up until today..The only response I get I will be assistant nothing else but all everything was done and all the fees were Payed..You have your own stress and you have to stress about them as well... According to Cc Ntombi who was assisting in the beginning they were highly recommend but now I don't know because I have to ask them for feedback everyday I'm existed 🤞
As for me was given 6 to 8 weeks of debt review removal to get ClearanceCertificate.I payed everything but nothing comes positive no feedback no nothing,I was ask the forms that i sent to them before payment now I'm stuck with no feedback.
FONEYAM is ALWAYS in my Case EVERY month they lock my Cellphone even if I pay it even if I use sim card for DATA hayiii This is Bull **** now..Every Month I must request for unlock Pin..Even now I have no Phone RHAAAA NXAAaa
i have been requesting cancellation form bcoz when you fill like deducting to my account you do so not as per agreement date.Giive my money back and cancel this nonsense .
Foneyam always locks my Phone even if I have been using the Simcard for Data they lock it same thing like this happened last month and it’s happening again..I’m busy studying for my exam in this Phone.
This is not OK I Payed for my Cellphone before the pay date and FONEYAM Decided to Lock/Block my Cellphone.I did report send screenshot,Call Many time bought the data i was told to load in the simcard,I tried everything but even today I have no Cellphone.I work with that Cellphone and my everything is in de.Everything they asked but still....This Service Provider is USELESS...
