Please remove all collection charges and any collection processes and ensure the correct arrangement is noted on the system. Email from LETISHA. Then she changes her word and implements all charges again. Where is the integrity of this company and the portfolio manager????
It seems I'm not the only one having issues with Solver. The portfolio manager and chairperson of the complex agreed that collection fees and interest were not applicable on email and thereafter decided that they would not reverse the charges. They have no integrity. How do you run a business with no integrity and honesty?? That is how Solver makes their money on collection fees and interest. It also seems that a person's word in writing does not mean anything. It seems words are like the wind! DO NOT USE SOLVER AS YOUR MANAGING AGENTS.

The rates on this account number have an annual increase in July. The rates increased from R822.46 to R860.10 on 1 July 2024. It increased again on 1 December 2024 to R1076.81, an increase of 25% over and above the annual increase of 5% in July 2024. This is a total increase of 30% in 6 months. The other 2-bedroom units in this complex did not get an increase of 25% in December. The 3-bedroom units have a lower rate bill. Please inform me why my unit has been increased above the norm?
