The worst service from this company you can ever get,i ordered my daughters stationery on the 14th dec wben school closed,paid the full amount for it almost r1000 and atill have not received it,they dont answer your calls or mails and when you whatsapp them they dont read it or it doesnt go through,i had to go buy the stationery at checkers and spend another 1000 which i did not have had to borrow money but my daughter needed the stuff as they were doing aseesments at school,can anyone tell me how do i get them in the hands its not only me thrre were 4 other kids in her school also waiting for there stuff,i asked for a refund of the money they took from me still waiting,i might need to go to the police to track them down with there number that i have,and they are legit as the school recommended them as one of the stationery suppliers.
Service was so bad they are to busy helping takealot orders food orders were so messed up as they had 1 person doing takealot and mr d orders and us as walk in customers orders where they got our order wrong twice and we didnt get our 2 snackburgers our strawberry sparkling krusher was half filled and in the wrong cup and they told me they had no lemon left to give when it must come with lemon and our chips was so cold when we got home to eat it have pictures to prove everything
Last night i ordered online at nandos cape gate kleinbron estate through mr delivery was i so disapointed when i got my order as i ordered 2x 1/4 chicken and sides the one order was correct the quarter chicken with wedges, the other order was quarter chicken and coleslaw didnt even receive my coleslaw so i paid r75 for a piece of chicken only, my daughters chicken strips came with normal chips when i ordered wedges and ordered extra mayo and received nothing i took pictures of everything as proof as i phoned them 3 times they dont get through to the phone and i logged query on mr d app no answer, this is so pathetic as you pay so much for your food and half of the stuff is missing and food was cold, never again will i order from nandos or through mr d can someone get back to me with this query please thank you
Its been over a week where they said they going to contact me still nothing all they want is to deduct every month money off your account further than that if you need help or have issues then they not interested or take so long to get back to you i had another situation where i had to use my panic button but nothing works if it carries on like this then im cancelling everything and going to a better company its not right i have a 5year old daughter thats every day in the car with me these things need to work
Such bad service from cartrack had cartrack for about 2 years every time asking them to come out to sort my panic button but they never pitch or call to arrange date and time to fix it im paying every month for it i have a 5year old child that is with me in the car and we had a situation one morning and i kept pushing button but nothing happens or they dont call so why do i pay every month for it if i dont get the service please can someone just get back to me i need this button to work or they need to replace it
The worst service with Absa car finance keeps tellings us we in arrears and we owe money but we pay way more than we must with the finance amount, no one can help or tell us where the arrears amount comes in seems like they just want money all the time we pay over r300 more than we supposed to but keep getting pushed from piller to post for assistance
Just want to complain about DMC that does not help people over the phone we have to email from one person to the next and you get nowhere,my boyfriend has an account by hifi corp and it goes off every month on a debit order but when you log in on clearscore it shows every month missed payments and now reflects bad on his Credit bureau. All we want is for them to clear it off the system so that he has no bad Credit information. We wanted to do things yesterday on his name but was declined due to the account with missed payments but it gets paid every month. Can someone just assist to have it cleared of system so his name is clear so that nothing reflects on Credit bureau. All emails have been sent to them with screenshots so we need assistance asap. Thank you.
The worst service ever them signing you up is so quick but when you want to cancel they dont reply to your emails they dont call you back at all they just tell you there is a backlog and they will get back to me im waiting over a week now for them to call or atleast email feedback but nothing im so fedup i keep asking how far they are with cancellation no response please can someone just call me to cancel before the debit order goes off on the 31st thats all i ask. The worst service provider I cannot believe this,i have been with Vodacom for years even worked for them now im having such issues I feel like cancelling all 6 contracts that I have,since last week Friday I have been having issues as they lock my account every single day after 6pm,i then need to call in every single day for them to try and sort it out and all they do is unlock the line for a day then lock it again after 6pm,they keep telling me problem has been sorted the credit limit bar has been deactivated but im having the same problem all the time,i don't see why I should call in every single day to have this issue sorted it wastes my time and my energy holding on the line all the time being transferred from call centre to call centre each time,i pay Vodacom each month R2400.00 and have many lines with them I just feel like cancelling all my lines and moving to prepaid as I don't even work anymore but still manage to pay Vodacom R2400.00 each month but get treated like this. So pathetic I just want this issue to be resolved or im going to cancel all my lines and not recommend Vodacom to anyone.
