I should have checked Hellopeter first
Paid for order on Dec 20 , 2024. Courier tried to collect , business closed. Follow up emails promised delivery , but all empty promises . Guess i have learned a lesson. A smart website do not mean you will get your stuff. Always ALWAYS CHECK HELLOPETER FIRST !!!

Went from awesome to zero real quick ...
I have been without internet since 04:30 Sunday morning . Now under "My Services " i'm told " You currently have no active services to display. Click 'Buy Services' to get started!" My DSL package was scheduled till 30 April 2024 ? You even billed me for April - R460 ? That WAS PAID - proof of payment send ! Simply unacceptable . I have been a Axxess client for 5 years - and this is how you treat me ?

Stay away
Looks like i've been taken for a ride. Empty promises , no communication past 11 days. Shipment incomplete . No refund on outstanding items . No communication . Next step will be a fraud case . Will update review if anything change.

FNB pay protect disability claim
It have been more than 6 months battling with fnb pay protect to handle a disability claim, quick to phone you daily due to credit card going in arrears - dont seem bothered with honoring their end of the bargain. Quick to deduct premium every month - then you can ***** yourself they simply dont care
