I don't know how to adress this but i need to get things of my mind. No respect for patients nor their visitors. Certain things being done without concent and they only showed the attitude of doing the patient and the family a favour. I will be making a appoinment with case manager and will let my mind & heart speak for them self. But this hospital i will not recommend to anyone worst experience we had as a family
This neurologist is based in Alberton - just a little bit of background my dad had a stroke between the 15th - 19th of August 2022 and was admitted by Alberton Hospital (not great service at all) complaints have been logged as well. He was treated by Dr Djan and we battled to get an appointment after he was discharged from Alberton & Kensington Rehab Centre. The receptionist told my sister Madeleine that no appointment available until a later stage until she said she will advise if he gets a stroke to wait until the Dr, is available then quick enough she could find a spot on the same Day 29 November 2022 and on 30 November 2022 my sister emailed them regarding a referral letter for occupational therapy which dr prescribed and the medical aid requested a motivational letter which she never got a reply. On the 9th of January 2023, my sister requested a form to be completed at the old age home before admission. Today I just called the ask if they received the email regarding the information required and the lady at Reception Lucreatia advised me that the doctor did not do any queries as yet (we all are busy) but he gets paid to do his job. No referral or completion letter will be done until he gets time to do it. I am sorry to write a note for a motivational letter takes him nearly a month and a half - Maybe we will get the letter for the Old Age Home in 6 months or maybe when has passed due to a fall that he bleeds to death because he can't stay at home alone then by that time the report will be completed. Thank you to the sisters & nurses and doctors who were taking care of my mother in high care & in ICU for the last few hours. She sadly passed away on 19 August 2021. To the Arwyp Medical Hospital, a big thank you.
I opened this account 5 years ago and end August 2018 I converted from a current account to a cheque account with the intentions of doing more than just payments and withdraws. Firstly the consultant never listened to my request and the new cards were ordered late and send to the wrong branch as discussed. Was then promised that on all purchase I would earn Greenback. Recently I discovered that there was a period of a month where no greenbacks were received. This was brought under the attention of Chantelle and Bank manager Jayce and there more I tell them the period from 04/10/2018 up to 28/10/2018 no greenback is reflecting on my account the more excuses I received. This is now a month that I am requesting this information and this must be corrected. Thursday last week I forwarded a mail requesting a detailed spreadsheet of my bank account and my greenbacks account they requested time until the Friday which I accepted and then on the 09/12/2018 I received a note to say that this query has been resolved and I did not even receive what I was asking for. Today 10/12/2018 I am still awaiting the response. Although they keep on telling me that all my bank transactions are corresponding with my greenback (WHICH IS NOT) that is why I requested their spreadsheets. The more I requested info more the less I receive I am at the end of this. Hopefully, this will be sorted out.
