My father has been struggling for almost a month now to get his ID changed with MTN. When he got his ID card the last digits of his ID number changed. His account with MTN is still on his old ID, which does not have a bar code. When he upgraded last month and the courier wanted to deliver his handset, the courier scanned the id card, but it did not register as MTN is still on the old ID. His old id does not have a bar code as it is too old. He did try and change his ID in the past with MTN. I went with him on 26 January 2023 to get it done again. We were there for about 2 hours. He struggled to scan his thump as his thump print damaged though the years of hard hand work. I cant understand why they cant just do it another way. I followed up with MTN via Whatsapp on a weekly basis. The feedback: 27 Jan '23: They say the consultant must wait. 3 Feb '23: Consultant followed up - MTN said it would take 7-14 work days. 9 Feb '23Consultant logged another call to get feedback on the previous call. 15 Feb '23. Consultant is still waiting. This is just not acceptable. My father is Wickus v/d Walt. Let me know if you need the ID numbers. We need to get this solved.
I bought toys for my children at Toys R Us online. This was on 12 December 2019. I did an EFT on the same day. The website showed that if you buy before 16 Dec 2019, it will be delivered before Christmas. I send an email to them on the 12th of December and the lady ensured that it will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. On 23 December I phoned them and they promised to get back to me. The same on 24 December 2019. Today is 27 December 2019. My children were very disappointing, because I did not receive the packages as promised by Toys R Us
We bought an industrial fan from Adendorff in Kimberley in December 2018. The fan gave in, in February 2019. In March 2019 we send it back after they promised us a new fan. Each time we ask for feedback they make promises they can’t keep.
I bought earrings online on 28 January 2019. It shows paid on their system, but it also shows an unfulfilled status. I Still haven’t received it. (15 March 2019)
I've ordered shoes from Zando and paid via my ucount awards. When I received the shoes it was too small so I logged a return with them. I wanted the bigger sized, but when wanting to pay again the ucount points were not refunded. U count customer care then notified me that the points are not refunded but that I have to buy for the same amount, but when wanting to do that I did not know how to checkout. I've send Zando emails and phoned, but when phoning it puts me on hold for more than 20min and my emails is not answered. I'm not happy about this.
