Samsung just as bad as Apple
Why do I need permission from Samsung to factory reset my phone? Then you have the gaul to tell me I need to go to one of your service centers so a wipe can be performed. So I need to drive with my petrol and take time from my day because of your bull**** practices?

You made a credit enquiry I contested it and I forwarded the required documents for your investigation. This matter has been going on for 4 months now and it has hurt my credit rating. You lack of communication tells me you are trying to sweep this under the carpet. I will be taking this further.

Gross Ineptitude
You made an enquiry on my credit profile even though I did not apply for an account. Your call centre people are telling me an application came through from your Bellville branch. But they reckon I have to go to the store to find out who submitted the application???? I gave you my details for RICA purposes ONLY because I purchased a cellphone CASH. You need to remove that enquiry ASAP and take action against the employee who submitted an application without my consent.
