VERY BAD SERVICE- **** I've order 2jackets on 3/7/2025. The invoice said 7working days. When I've followed up the owner said theyre was a problem with the courier she will sent my package. Up to date no package no refund or any communication. The owner block me on whattsapp and facebook. If you are willing to loose money order from her
ive bought a base and mattress at kaysies on 20/4/2019.the salesman assured me the bed would be right for me. after a month the bed has a big hole in the middle and the whole mattress springs are clearly worn out. after i phoned and spoken to riedwan he said he has spoken to the factory and actually the bed are made for a kid with a weight of 40kgs. The bed are almost more than a meter high my question how on earth will a kid get on the bed and why didnt the salesman told me the bed werent right for my weight. Kaysies refuse to refund me or give another bed theyre explanation the salesman wanted to make a sale only thats why he didnt told me this
Ive ordered from them almost a month ago they helped me throught the payement process and everything because my payment wouldnt go throught since then no feedback ever again. Cant we go and open a theft case or something against them because i think they scammed a lot of people with a lot of money
i am very dissappointed and mad at the service that i was supposed to received. at 18.06 on 24/06/2019 ive placed an order at phillip nel park. At 19.30 i still didnt received my order when i phoned 012 3860157 the guy told me my order are out on route half an hour ago. At 19.45 still no food i phoned again and then a lady informed my they have problems and struggling with there system but she will phone the driver and find out where he is. I received no feedback from her so i phoned again on 20.00 and she informed me she can't get hold of the driver she will keep on trying. At 20.15 still no feedback and no food.At 20.20 a lady phoned me from 012 3277979 and said the driver just passed church street he will deliver in the next 5 minutes. Needles to say at 20.30 at 20.45 and at 21.00 no food. No use in phoning they dont pick up there phones. I feel this is very unproffesional i want my refund and feel it is only fair to get a complimentary voucher with to compensate. THis is the worst service i had ever
i will never recommend any one to use mweb. I have a 2gig contract for R99 a month each month my invoice are over R25. I queried it each week and nobody gets back to you. According to them i must phone cell c the external company because there are subscriptions on my account. my sim arent even in a keypad phone i used it only in a router. nobody gets back to me with feedback im very dissapointed
my son took on the 21/12/2018 a ride with tumelo faith in pretoria.this guy are very dishonest and wont recommend any one to ride with him the money went of my bank account and tumelo took cash from my son without telling him he already paid when i tried to contact him he puts the phone down in my ear. Dont trust him and dont ride with him
i had a pleasent experience with nesheek he was very friendly and help me in a proffesional manner
