I bought a washing machine for a elderly lady who struggles slightly with cognitive abilityfrom takealot and now I cannot get a refund because it cannot spin. ( False advertising) I was refered to Hisense but informed us that the warranty is not transferable, but the issue here is not the warranty. The issue is usability and the product information presented on the Takealot platform. Do not buy from takelot of Hisense product because they will take your money and do not care about custmers
I bought a Hisense 15kg washing machine from takealot on behalf of a friend. I've trusted takealot because I'm buying from them for many years but this was the last. This washing machine cannot spin or drain the water. I would never bought the rubish if I knew that this is a **** machine. The takealot ad was misleading and false and they changed the description after I bought it and I have the proof for it. Takealot does not take responsibility for a return and refund and refured me to Hisense which is more useless than takealot. This machine was taken out of the box plugged it in and fill with water just to test. Now the lady from Hisense told me to unplug, clean the filter, make sure it is standing flat etc. Such a bunch of rubish. I just want them to pick up the machine and refund me. How can you advertise a machine that cannot drain or spin. What must I do now because I helped someone else and she think that I'm the ****mer now!!
I bought a Hisense 15kg Single Tub Washing Machine from Takealot for someone who asked me to help her. I want to return the washing machine because it cannot spin or drain the water and need a refund but Takealot refuse because I must deal with the supplier which is Hisense. I paid my money to Takealot and not to Hisense. The email provided for Hisense does not even work.
I ordered a coffee saturday from the makro online and received a bag bag with 6 long life milk. This is incompetant workers who maybe cannot read. Thuesday morning today and still no answer from them. No communication from them. I will never buy online again. Get some tips from Checkers how to operate online goods. I paid R530 and looks like this is down the drain. Funny how they give an email after delivering the wrong stuff saying " happy unboxing" rather say " so long sucker".
Jeo Baker is a big scammer and thief. We purchase the generator which was also from a scammer and this fool was suppose to ship the goods to us but then he demand R18600 for so called insurance. We paid the money and then the fool demand another R27000. We never received anything from these scammers. Please be aware of these scammers!!!

They give you a quote and if you except the quote the next day, the consultant does not even bother to help after emails. The tiny shop at kolonade have only a few people to help but once you received a quote, no one wants to help and they say only the one who gave the quote can help but does not bother to help.
Bad service. We booked a pick-up on friday 17 December and paid for it. They send a waybill but up to today, their are no communication. They do not answer their phoned. They took our money but cannot deliver what they promised
No communication from Makro about my order that I've placed and paid for on the 09 October 2021. No the courier said I received my order. Show me the proof where I or anyone in my family signed for it. The promise 2 - 5 working days and they cannot even keep their promise. I will never buy from them again because I was scammed out of money.
They are beyond useless!!!! The driver collect my parcel at Makro last week en send me a sms on wednesday 13 October 08h50 and say he is on the way to deliver my parcel. I've waited the entire morning for him to deliver and by 12h50 he send a message again that he cancelled the delivery and it is on its way back to Makro. I phoned him and he answered the phone like someone who was sleeping. I asked him about my delivery and he told me that he will phone me back but he did not even bother. I have no idea if the parcel is stolen or where it is because no one can tell me where is my stuff that I paid for. Be careful if these people!!!
