I'm happy with the service I received the consultant is professional, she must keep it up.
I just opened a policy with them and found out that they have captured my address wrong my cell number wrong, I called the customer service number to rectify the information but still after making several calls my information is still wrong,I don't know what to do to get things right
They have developed a way of robbing us saying I didn't change my previous decoder so I received sms say I owe R409.00 today my decoder is disconnected again after I made a call and being told I owe R847.29 . I asked how do I owe a decoder I am not using, if that's the case why block the decoder that's being paid for via debit transfer. I'm very dissatisfied with this company they need a competitor
On several occasions I found their trucks on the roadside broken in the cold 🥶 weather with disfunctional heaters, broken windows, using drivers from outside of the country. Treatment given to their drivers is inhuman, their working hours is unacceptable in our country they report to work very early around 04:00/04:30 and is beyond 09:00. When purchasing a vehicle in September 2020, I was informed that service plan for the vehicle has been extended with the new company Liquid Capital, which will kick in when the then service plan expired . In December 2021 I sent the vehicle for 75000km service the first time with the new company "Liquid Capital" I encountered problems right from the start, they told me that my car was overdue, I told them my car has to be in for service at 75000km of which it was at 75000km that time, I was told that the following year my car should be in for service in June 2022, to my surprise when I sent it for service, I was told at the dealership that liquid capital declined my application saying the service plan for my vehicle has expired, I only used their service once I wasn't made aware that my vehicle's service plan will expire so I can make a plan in time. They don't communicate with clients it's like they providing a free service.im fed up with liquid capital.
I'm not sure if I can say I contacted Hellopeter on time, cause after I sent an email I received response from Takealot in a few minutes. Hellopeter is number one when it comes to anything people are in need
Electric becomes extremely expensive when we buy more of it why is that, instead of getting it for a stable price it goes up
Please advise the company in terms of the Prepaid rates, it works very with regard to unit prices as we are charged unfairly, the more we buy electricity the lesser units we get, it's very frustrating, instead of being charged lesser for buying more electricity
When I joined the Discovery medical aid, I had hope for a good service, all started well from January 2021 until the 20th July 2021 after a consultation with a Cardiologist who added medication, everything unfolded when I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription, the pharmacist told me that I will not be able to get my medication as the funds have been depleted, she called discovery to try and resolve my problem but failed as she was told that my chronic health was not registered with the medical aid, this came as a surprise to me cause when I applied for this medical aid I was never informed that I have to apply separately for my chronic illnesses, but I did explain to the advisor about my chronic health which was on my previous medical aid. The application form was emailed to me for the doctor to complete, according to them only two chronics were approved but the third which is Diabetes required the doctor's report, it also took long, but finally submitted, I received response from Discovery that my application was declined, I was given information on how to appeal, but I really don't see a need to fight with the service provider to get service. I'm really disappointed as I have not received any medication for three months in a row when I get to the pharmacy I'm told I have to pay over a thousand rand which I don't have, I also have to pay the cardiologist a fee of R2000.
