My eighty one year old mum went for her six monthly blood test in January 2023. As usual, it was covered by her medical aid. Mid 2024 she received an SMS's that an amount of R823.00 was outstanding. We contacted the medical aid and received written confirmation that payment was indeed made two weeks after the treatment date. The confirmation was then forwarded to Flowpath accounts and was told that the information is correct. PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED!!! End of 2024 my mum received SMS's from Venn's attorneys to say that she has been handed over. She is still receiving these annoying SMS's. Fast forward to January 2025.... I went for bloods, paid cash and requested an invoice to claim back from medical aid in an effort to conserve my savings. Was supposed to receive it the next day. Nothing for two weeks. I contacted Flowpath accounts, and received an invoice with an incorrect amount. Contacted them again and visited their lab in Woodhurst for help. Was supposed to receive the amended invoice yesterday (18/02/2025). Still f*****g waiting. I am about to explode with anger!!!! Staff are absolutely unfazed by the pain and misery one has to go through to sort out these issues. They are more interested in checking out their cell phones than assisting and resolving their f**k ups. Flowpath management, please retrain all your staff and if you cannot, dismiss them. Hire people who can perform their duties with diligence.
Tried unsuccessfully to contact Old Mutual via all possible channels. Website, my Old Mutual adviser and local Old Mutual branch. No response at all. Its as if they just dont care. They are just reinforcing the stereotype.....service in South Africa is disgusting, to say the least. My dad introduced me to Old Mutual decades ago and said they were the best. Never said this before, but he was so wrong. I invested funds with them some time ago and noticed recently that I have not only not made any money, but they have also lost a lot of my capital that I invested. Should have just put my money in a notice account with my bank. Definitely a safer option.
It's a pity there is no lower rating than one star. Manicaa is definitely a fraud and a scam. Order placed with items showing in stock. Money deposited into their account and the next day I receive an email that there is no stock. I dont think there is or ever was stock. I was promised a refund weeks ago. After me losing my patience they stopped replying to emails and their call centre is non-functional. This has to be an imbecile sitting in a dark room in some dark corner of this **** hole of a country conning us innocent folks out of our money. Does anyone know on how to go about shutting down a website? If you you do, please reply to this post. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE.
Reputable products at competitive prices. Order placed with minimum effort, informed about processing of order and delivered timeously. Not much more needed from a supplier.
Have not received my bill via email for months. Had to go to the local eThekwini office to get a reprint each time. I have called and emailed many times and have still not resolved my issue. When you call and manage to get through, after holding on for eternity and listening to "your call is important to us" you get an imbecile who has no clue has as to how to resolve your problem and then you given another number to call, guess what, another imbecile. Emailed ********** numerous times and again, no f**king reply as yet. What the f**k does one do to get a resolution???????
Installed ADSL a few months ago which included a 1 gig sim card. The ADSL was installed promptly but, the sim took two months, thirteen visits to the Telkom store and numerous calls to the call center to get sorted. It seems Telkom staff just know how to sell products, but have no f**cking clue on how to solve problems. Staff at the Chatsworth centre (Hub level) shop are totally useless at solving any issue. Was issued with two sim cards, which did not work, over a period of six weeks and then was told the matter will be handled by the manager. She was supposed to call my wife or myself. Guess what happened next, my fourteenth visit. Finally sorted today with major attitude from staff at this shop. Staff definitely in dire need of training in respect of customer service, product knowledge, and problem solving. Dreading the day another issue arises!!!!!
