After selling my house and settling my account, standard bank continued to debit my account, when i called in, i was told by thier consultant that they where going to refund me with in 4 days, when i called in again to follow-up a different consultant advised me that in the system, they had written that no refund was due to me and there was no reason given or stated. My question is how do you debit an account that has been settled already, that is theft at its highest and give no reason. Standard bank cannot be trusted.
The worst customer service ever, we bought building materials yesterday and specifically asked for it to be delivered by 8:30, they agreed, when we called around to 9, we where told that the truck is on its way, when we called again at 9 Jaque told us its not his problem, that he was not going to answer to us and dropped the phone while we were still talking, when the truck finally arrived they informed us that they were instructed to deliver first at a different location, Jacque was extremely rude and not apologetic.
I ordered Rain for me to work from home, rain 5g uncapped for R999.00 They took long to deliver but hard already deducted money from account, eventually, when it arrived it did not work for a week and i kept on logging calls, making me look incompetent at work, finally, when it worked thee internet was slow and i experienced a lot of dropouts, and should i mention it also only worked for a week and completely stopped working, i have been logging calls and sending emails and no one has bothered to get get back to me, their service is the worst service in the whole world and i just want them to cancel my subscription and refund my money, what's the point of having internet that you cannot use and not even having help from the service provider, they are con and i am over them
