I so regret using these people. Sales tell you all these nice stories but then we have to wait for our goods from Dec 2021. Is supposed to be delivered but of course they stop it 1 day before delivery. I feel like screaming at these people. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Never ever ever use these guys...
I bought a Kitkat just to realise when I got home that in stead of 4 bars there are only 3. I am shocked with the quality of nestle's products lately!
Every year I have to ask for the invoices and every year I have to struggle to bank the points at Iexchange. This is unacceptable. The money in their bank is good and perfect but they can't run their business and administration properly. Communication must come from me all the time.
Every year I have to struggle to convert the payment into points. This has been going on for about 3 or 4 years. They were very quick to sell this to us in Durban but thereafter the service sucks.
Very bad client relations. Sends different teams almost every time. Can never book proper times. Takes forever to complete a job. Shocking to say the least!
On Christmas day I phoned to find out if we can go for lunch or dinner. The restaurant said it is fine even though I wasn't a resident. We drove all the way from where we stayed for about 45 min just to get to the gate and be told that we need a reference number. I phoned again and this time the lady just put the phone down in my ear. Needless to say after a huge fight we had to turn around. I am shocked how bad the service for a 4 star resort is.
