This was for my mum and brother that has stayed at Cupido Gardens in Chatsworth Durban. The rent of R5500 which was paid by my brother in JHB the money was sent directly to my account and then was transferred to the owner who’s name is Kuben Naidoo. My mum moved out of the property last week Friday – 25.03.2022 at 18.30pm and the owner is now claiming that the property has been damaged and wants us to pay at our own cost including a list of issues for us to resolve. First of all when we did a walk around with the agent the tiles was cracked there was a dampness issues the cupboards was broken etc. The place had a lot of faults that the owner did not fix and the agent refuses to send us the pictures that was taken by herself before my mum and brother moved in this property. The agent refused to meet with us when handling over the key’s, only the owner (Kuben Naidoo) was present at that time. We are appalled by the agents (Michelle Nagayal) behaviour including the owner of the property (Kuben Naidoo) There are refusing to refund our deposit of R5500 and are claiming that the place was even to us in a good condition which is not the case. The agent is absolutely unprofessional, rude and I regret why I've ever dealt Jazmax and the owner. Your assistance regarding this matter will be much appreciated as I believe that we are being taken advantage off.
Good day I want to lay a complaint about Romans Pizza in Chatsworth. I've called in the store twice and I was told by one of their staff that they can not deliver to me because they only got one driver and they will take long and I will call and complain to them so they unable to take my order. Its really amazing how other companies out there are looking for business but Romans Pizza are prepared to chase they customers away because of poor service. Absolutely disappointing 😡🤬
My experience was horrible with Uber Eats they customer service sucks and they drivers are absolutely rude. They charge you for an order that was never received. I would never ever recommend Uber Eats to anyone. They driver swore me and took my order away and I was unable to call them nor do they help with any queries. Absolutely disgusting service.
The service from Woolworths Shopping online is appalling they charged me for my order and its been 1 week I have not received my delivery. I emailed, called numerous of times and still have not received my goods. The store manager was supposed to call me I'm waiting till now. The customer service from Woolworths is shocking. Charging me for an order that I still didn't receive is ROBBERY.
Absolutely discussed with the lady at this take away. She is so disrespectful to customers they have no respect I would not recommend this place at all. Any one dat orders from this place is a fool. They give you the incorrect order and still have attitude. Absolutely pathetic
Very dissapointed with this company - Pool Services. My husband and I have sent numerous of messages/ phone calls to Peter and his staff. Till this day I have not received a call or a message from him or his staff. They workmanship is absolutely poor quality the paving is broken the creepy crawly they have given us is at the moment tied with a shoe lace just so it can clean my pool floors. My husband paid these people cash and after they received the cash once the pool was build they have no interest at all in fixing they errors. I would NOT recommend this company to my family and friends.
