GFS Express is refused to deliver my parcel i ordered from Temu,it was given to them on the 11 th of December and i paid customs. Up to this date they have never delivered. I nees my parcel or my money for customs,and they must stop ****ming people,infact this company should be banned from the logistics
I have ordered spectacles with optique optometrist in Somerset West Western Cape,mind you ,I have a serious problem with my eyes,even my driver’s license is for spectacles. I cannot drive without spectacles. It happened that my spectacles are broken and I called them ,they told me to bring the spectacles to them so they can repair. It was July 2025 when I brought my spectacles to them. When a full month passes without any feedback, I called and they told me that,they are not yet ready as they are waiting for someone who might come and drop the frame so they can replace mine. Until this day,I have never received any feedback about them,until I decided to request for my prescription and ordered another pair from another company. I am soo disappointed with Optique Optometrist. I paid them in full,I even finished my installments before time. I will never again do my spectacles with them
I have paid my monthly fee for my Axxess DSL account 4 days ago but till todate my service is closed,I am studying using this wifi but I could not write my test that was 10am today because they keep on saying Telkom has not given them feedback. I just believe that I am ****med now by this service…. Their service is costing me another year of exams now in my studies
Capitec funerals do not want to pay the claim for my cousin. My cousin passed away and i claimed since I have insured him with Capitec. They have called when they were doing their investigation and i even told them that the funeral service is on the 22nd of November and today is the 20th the claim has not paid yet. I have to prepare for the funeral but i am stuck. Why this company do this to my family or does it want it to take the service straight to Capitec bank so they can bury my brother by their own
I have booked an accommodation with Queens and Kings in Cape Town,i have paid all the funds needed and they confirmed my funds. Now they are tellingme that i havent paid no one and they are sending me unprofessional messages and i wantto cancel mybookingandget my money today so i can book another hotel formy family stay,i am worried that it is as soon as tomorrow that we booked for. I am not happy with their treatment i regret why i booked with them,but why booking.com make business with soo unproffesional people like these,i even think that i am ****med by this company. I am Khanyisile Nosilela and insured my car with Netstar for Car tracker. I have a complaint about this dogdy company that is debiting my money every 20th and it has been 3 months now with tracker installation. They are always promising by coming to install thw tracker in my car and they have never done it,the only thing they do is to debit only. I need my money back so i can look for another legit company. I Noxolo Makebesana ID 7311110768086 made a claim of my husband who passed on, on the date of 25 November 2022 and buried on the 10th of December 2022and I logded my claim since December. They promised to pay my claim in four weeks after the death of my husband till to date I have never received my money. I feel so betrayed by Sanlam because I couldn't be able to bury my husband with dignity, I had to borrow money from people and companies which now I owe. I don't sleep, I am suffering with depression, because my debtors wants to take my belongings to cover this amount. i NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE SCAMMED BY SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE THIS

I dropped my 2 parcels on the 12th od this month,the second parcel DBP46761239792 has not yet arrived,Aramex is a scam gua,rhia company hould just close up this double **** company,i sent medicines to my sick mother and now she is in death bed😭😭😭😭, aramex is waiting fory parcel to lay eggs for it
I Vinah Nosilela a hollard life client with the policy number 6918166. the person i covered passed away on the 14 th March 2022 and buried on the 28th of the same month, u submitted my claim a month ago, and it returned back as incorrect. I re submitted 2 weeks ago and till this day i have never received my claim. If Hollard does not have my money to pay my claim which i have paid monthly , to give all my bpremiums back. i dont understand whether this **** hollard is a scam or what, i need my money before the end of today before i call the Ombudsman
