Great Pep parcel delivery service
I would like to compliment Pep on their excellent parcel delivery service. I sent one parcel to Pretoria from Meyerton it arrived in perfect condition 2 days earlier than what I paid for. I was then sent a parcel from Boksburg Pep to Meyerton Pep. It also arrived in two days. Now that is service. Well done Pep Paxi

Cashbuild thank you. What a wonderful experience I had shopping at your Park Meadows branch. Your staff upon entering the store were all smiling. They assisted with every query, are knowledgeable about stock, where the items where placed in the store. This was a unique experience with so many bad attitudes within the retail sector. Thank you Uber Eats.
I have used Uber eats to deliver food three times since I was introduced to them by my nephew. I want to say how happy I am with this service. The food is normally delivered in the allocated time as set by the restaurant ando often earlier than expected. The food arrives hot and fresh every time by smiling drivers. Great experience all three times.

I would like to commend Ecomed for the most amazing service I received from the during the 7 months I hired an oxygen concentrator from them. Each department played their part without a hitch. From sales to returning my deposit. Thank you for a stress free relationship, going forward I would certainly recommend your business to any one in need of medical equipment.

Now that is what customer service should be!
I complained about a product i was dissatisfied with to the customer care, the kitchen Manager of FLM, Parkmeadows Hillary arranged a replacement for me in a kind and caring way. I continued to shop and felt unwell.The lady that works at the spice and nut counter (Dora/Doreen) noticed I was struggling and came to my aid. She went and found a chair for me to sit on, offered me water and then kept her eye on me whilst attending to her clients. Once I felt more stable I went to pay for my shopping, this lady too saw I was not well and packed my purchases in the bags for me: all the while smiling. I want to commend both Hillary, Dora/Doreen and the cashier (who did not have a name tag on) for showing me what true customer service is! Thank you.
