Such poor service!
I went to Anat Canterbury Crossing this evening, desperately craving their chips with a little schwarma sauce. I ordered a Jumbo chips and asked to add a little tub of the sauce, the gentleman ***ner) said they don't sell the sauce separately, when I received the chips I asked to please add some sauce on top...to feed my pregnancy craving and he said No! Like seriously I offered to buy it and add it and still NO! Like seriously...this is why I will never go back, service is important, adding some sauce won't put you out of business...but this kind of service will!

Emslie Projects and Maintainance is a No Go!
Emslie Projects start off on a great footing, with good communication by the owner Dylan, and willingness to deliver on your project. Their work however does not match up. We engaged this provider for a building extension, painting and tiling. They exceeded the project time by a week,which is forgivable if the work reflected decent quality. The tiling, although redone in certain areas by themselves in an effort to remedy the glaring issues, looks and feels terrible displaying uneven spacing,staggered lines, different leveling and chipped tiles as a result of a grinder being used to cut porcelain tiles. Granted they tried to remedy but not bear the standard for the price paid they ended up costing us alot more to fix the issues created and wasteful material. Painting was patchy and uneven despite good products being used alot of wasteful material. Edging used in half the bathroom and omitted the other half despite the material being available. At the end some 3 weeks later the overflow material has not been collected and my yard still looks like a construction site despite bumerois requests. The poor supervision and ownership results in a terrible experience

NETFLORIST IS DISAPPOINTING AND UNRELIABLE
Once again Netflorist has proved to be unreliable.. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience with them! This time my order was just never delivered despite getting a delivery confirmation at 9 19am including the name of the signatory of the delivery who does not even work for the company it was delivered to! Come 1pm I got no acknowledgement from the intended recipient so. I ask him and he never got it now he's running around looking for a delivery that does not exist! After holding for 15 mins to the call center I get told it was never delivered and there was a system error and they can deliver the next day NO Netflorist the moment has passed AGAIN! They take ur money upon order instantly but to get a refund for their error you must wait 3 to 10 working days Other experiences include 1. Incomplete delivery and incorrect item of jewelery delivered

Vodacom Call Center is USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom is absolutely useless...i have been speaking to their call center to upgrade my device since the first week of September, every person has a different story- like they all go for different training! Still i have not had any conclusion on my upgrade they provide different prices on deals, different timelines and finding a supervisor is near impossible. Vodacom you are disgusting i have 3 contracts with you and now will not be renewing any of them! blady useless service really

SUNCITY ...wasteful spending!
We booked accomodation at the cascades hotel suncity, which is advertised as a 5star hotel. Our room had very visable spider webs, which seemed to not have been cleaned ever! The aircon sounded like a truck...we called Maintenance twice to remedy this eventually around 11-45 pm someone came to check it as we could not sleep through the noise. I complained upon check out and via email to the guest relations manager who admitted that the experience was not acceptable yet all he rendered was an apology! I followed up numerous times to even get a response. SUNCITY quality has deteriorated so much over the years and it is not at all worth the exorbitant rates....very disappointed that my weekend was ruined and that the management show no remorse or willingness to remedy the situation. This was before the storm damage to the resort even I can only imagine the terrible state suncity is in post the storm restoration.
