Do Not buy baked goods from Pick n Pay , Scottsburgh Mall ! It’s the most, driest and stale cake I have ever tasted in my life ! Yet it was R99 for a layered chocolate cake and the cake was going off , never again will I support this store , waste of my money and time
I bought 2 family pack meals from AMANZIMTOTI CHICKEN LIVKEN THIS WEEKEND and it was the most saltiest meal in my life ! Why is Chicken Licken killing us with high salt and giving us high BP??! The chips 🍟 and rolls was extremely stale ! Such a waste of money and time , should have just went to Nando’s or KFC !

Absolutely appalling service ;actually no service) from Webafrica ! I sent them a what’s app message yesterday morning to find out about my order and up to now they are have not responded, there is no service agents available promptly to assist you when you need them , so how will they take on knew orders and lines when we really need assistance? Absolutely pathetic service, Webafrica employe more agents to assist us or we will have to go with competitors
I do NOT recommend Webafrica Vumatel , due to the fact that they disconnected my WiFi connection due to their incompetency setup of adding a new bank card in the system, as when I add my new card it does go through, so how is it my problem??? the payment is not going through when I did my part to add new card , yet when I ske to the agents on what’s app they make it seem it’s my fault when it’s clearly Webafrica Vumatel’s fault cos they cannot setup proper payment methods nor do they have an EFT feature so they go disconnect my WiFi connection due them being ***********!! I am extremely upset with Vumatel !! Stay away people cos it feels like **** , cos they don’t even have a contact number that works only BOT and agents who are not helpful in resolving anything so now I must sit with no WiFi it pay full amount for February??! I think not , I will be shopping for new reliable WiFi service provider with EFF Or better payment online links/sytem that work !

Absolutely ridiculous waiting time to speak to WEBAFRICA VUMATEL client care agents , there is no contact number and we must wait for them on what’s to reply which they take hours and waited 30mins the first time and still no reply so what’s the point of a what’s app system??? From the 31 December 2025 till now they have not resolved my issue! The agent refuses to se d a tech to my address only wants to trouble shoot when I clearly told them only a tech can sort this out ! Absolutely unacceptable service , we pay premium for their services now when I need to speak to a human to ask about what is going on with my I have to chat with a robot or wait while they never reply in time but waste your airtime and time , extremely frustrated with this company I do not recommend them when it comes to client care !

Absolutely unacceptable service from Matrix they have been extremely delayed in their response time to call me when the GEO LOCK is activated so I left it on deliberately to see their response time and after almost 15mins (which I have proof of the time )their staff has attitude and is very lippy says they can call a client 10mins which is allowed in their time frame?!! So in that 10 mins a-lot can happen like ********s driving my vehicles fast out the area and removing the tracking device 😡!! This lapsy daisy behaviour from Matrix staff think it’s all chilled when they call after 10-15- 30mins sometimes they don’t even bother to call , no urgency in the world, as long as I am paying my premiums and they get paid end of the day- Who could care less if my vehicles get ****** in that delayed response time??! If this continues I will be sure to terminate my their services for all my vehicles . I no would not recommend Matrix to anyone going forward!
