Pathetic claims team that doesn’t even know how the department itself runs. Submitted a claim to Sanlam at 8am telephonically. When I called the next day, in the late afternoon to follow up on the claim, I’m told there is an outstanding document. When I asked what’s outstanding, they don’t know because apparently the claims assessor Mahlogonolo Make didn’t update what was outstanding and had left the office. Claimant was not informed of the outstanding documents which makes me wonder what happens if you don’t call to follow up on your claim. Is the claim declined or paid? You won’t know because clearly, Sanlam has no adherence to the Claims Management guidelines set out in the long term insurance act. I’m pretty sure they won’t respond to this or will respond after months since they have such an increased number of complaints
I ordered from takealot and the supplier used delivered an empty package with no contents inside. I’m unable to reach takeolot nor the supplier to get further assistance. I doubt they’ll even respond to this complaint
What am I expecting from a company that doesn’t even respond to their HelloPeter complaints.I have ordered items from this stupid app since 11am and have still not received a delivery. I just want to cancel and get my money back because the Checkers sixty 60 app is more efficient than this nonsense
Horrible service from MTN. I have been trying to contact their customer service line to report suspected fraud on my MTN account yet there is no option for speaking to a consultant. I DM'd them on Twitter, sent numerous emails and calling yet remain unassisted. They have been giving me the run around in confirmation my monthly payment and when my contract ends. Other service providers are offering their utmost best service during this time but no, NOT MTN.
I have never received such substandard, incompetent and disappointing service before. Standard bank ATM deposit facilities are the worst and the bank won't even upgrade these ATM's because they are earning interest and making money from us. I was depositing money at the Head Office ATM. The ATM notified me that some of the bank cash notes which were deposited had been folded. Following this notification, the money was retracted , however, not all my money was retracted and I was advised by the security guard to make an ATM claim inside the bank. I was informed by Ms. Williams who was assisting me that I will obtain a reference number and the matter will be resolved within 5-6 days. This did not occur, as a result, I escalated the matter to the Complaints Department. Matter was also handled by Dimitra Groenewuld who is suppose to be the Manager but fails to assist and respond to emails. I was informed that a formal complaint will be lodged, I am still waiting for the complaint case number. They failed to assist me to date and I decided I will now report this to the Banking Ombudsman because everyday in which Standard Bank is keeping my money, interest is earned. I want my money refunded with Interest. The organisation clearly does not understand treating customers fairly principles!
The poor service and horrible telephone etiquette at the Mbokoto Country Lodge (old Pretoria road near Bronkhortstpruit) is disgustingly appalling. You would think a beautiful place like the lodge would provide good service. Mxm
"Visit checkers for quality products" they say. I don't know how Checkers interprets and understands quality because the product I purchased at Checkers Loftus Park is nowhere near quality. When I purchase fresh fruit, that's exactly what I am expecting...FRESH! So you can imagine my anger and frustration when the food I purchased from checkers had insects inside. Please note that I also have photographic evidence of this. This is totally unhygienic. I will escalate this matter to the Consumer goods and services Ombudsman. We pay for quality and fresh products with our hard earned money and expect nothing short of quality.
