So i bought some goods at Lewis sky city , so 1 of the beds i bought got damaged, i lodged a complain...it's been days not getting any response regarding how far they are with the process, Lewis please treat your customers the same way u treat them when they miss single payment cos u don't even want to hear any explanations, but I have to understand your explanations. Please i can't keep on paying for something that is damaged and still under warranty or guarantee whatever...
I bought a bed at Lewis sky city december now the mattress it's not okay, i lodged a complain im being told stories. Like why should 1 suffer 1st to get help, bu yet if u can miss 1 payment they come flying abd don't want to hear any excuses. We've been writing bad reviews here but seems like nothing has been done
I regret the day i took up account with Lewis. They debited the money in the 27th as per agreement l, but on my credit score it's appearing as missed payment/late payment which is it's badly effecting my credit. Yohhhhh Lewis please fix this please

We booked at the blydes in 24 October 2025 we checked out on 26 October. We paid R1000 fee for damages which is refundable if there's no damages, okay they charged us R500 for and they have to repay R500 back till to date no refund they don't even pick up calls they don't reply to messages
I wish i can give 0 star if it was possible We booked for a weekend at room 378 unti 34 yerrrr the service is very bad the place is very dirty, they don't pots plates everything u have to ask even a simple braai stand dololo.... Im totally disappointed with the service we got
I ordered from temu and paid everything and delivery fee was for free now when I track my order they say it with skynet i have to pay certain amount so that they can deliver my order. Like how come do i have to pay extra amount again while u said delivery is free
Cash crusaders Maponya mall I feel like they don't have customer services skills. Yesterday i went to cash crusaders to buy washing machine and sound bar So on top of washing machine the was extention cord mind you on both machines, the cirds didn't have prices like it's an promotion of you buy machine u get extension cord. Okay right while i was going to pay for a Machine and sound bar. Machine was R4800 and sound bar R850 total price was R5650. At the till i noticed that there's no extention cord then i asked where's it and i got the answer of no u have to buy it aside then we started to debate on how do u display something as if it is on promotion cos nna i choose that machine being attracted on the extention cord that i saw on top of the machines so now u saying i have to pay R110 for it. Then i said then okay fine give me with discounts still they refused then i said okay then let's cancel everything. So they lost R5650 cos of extension cord that didn't even have a price on it I felt like they don't have customer services skills serious
So today I went to maponya mall burger king so this lady who works there by the name of Rendani was so very rude just because I was asking about my order that was taking so long to receive,she even told me straight into my eyes that if I have a complain I can email it head office.like she didn't even care and unfortunately even other customers where complaining about her service
So i bought double twister×3 meal at pimville squar soweto okay they didnt have buddy colddrinks they gave me half of small colddrinks cups like the cups where small and half which its not even 440ml am not happy about the service i received
