I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter on Monday about this company, received a reply advising that they will investigate this matter and supply feedback shortly, well that hasn't happened, this is despite me calling their customer call center every day this week requesting feedback, updates and a resolution. Just this morning I was advised that the person who manages the Hellopeter complaints is aware of this issue and is dealing with the matter. I asked to be put through to her and was advised she can't receive any calls, I then asked that she call me back urgently, to which I was told she will be given the message and I can expect her call before COB today....well clearly that didn't happen, I'm beginning to wonder if anyone does any work in this organisation besides making obnoxious and harassing calls to people looking for money that they are not owed...could someone do their job please and sort this matter out URGENTLY ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! I was contacted by MBD late January regarding an outstanding Vodacom account; I have supp**** the m the POP as well as the paid-up letter from Vodacom confirming that the account is not in arrears. I am contacted 3 to 4 times a day by their agents asking for their money, this is despite sending a POP & paid-up letter from Vodacom. I have yet to receive any confirmations from MBD that this matter is closed, this is despite me contacting MBD numerous times telephonically and via email to request that this matter is closed as well as that I am removed from debt review. I'd like this matter resolved as a matter of urgency
I purchased a second 2024 Nissan Magnite from Nissan Northwest at the beginning of June 2025. The entire process from the sales enquiry, test drive, finance, delivery, to the after sales service, have been nothing but a pleasurable experience. All concerns and problems were addressed, done with a smile and obligingly. I would like to thank Leo in particular for going the extra mile and really above and beyond the call of duty. You friendly demeanor and authenticity is really appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed. I won't hesitate recommending Leo and this dealership to family, friends and colleagues alike. I received a statement from Lancet on the 25th of February 2025, I immediately contacted the call center telephonically to question the charges (R1956) for a Covid test requested by my doctor the previous week. When asking them to please elaborate on the charges, they told me to contact my doctor and question it with him, they have billed me as per the instruction from the doctor on the request form. I advised that they have billed me and not the doctor and would appreciate clarity and a breakdown of their charges. They agreed and proceeded to send me the same statement with no clarity. I then called again and they proceeded to tell me that it was not a standard Covid test and there were numerous other tests conducted and hence the charges. According to the results I got from the Doctor, I was tested for Covid & influenza A & B, nothing else. I escalated the matter and spoke to a very rude lady (Saiansha) who constantly cut me off while I was talk and gave very abrupt and aggressive answers. She assured me that I would have clarity within 3 days as she was liaising with the relevant department After 3 days, no feedback was forthcoming, I did some online investigating on the codes supp**** on their statement, I found on their website that the charges for the tests conducted on me were R850. After numerous calls with the call center I finally got the matter escalated to another lady (Leandri Barnard), I have supp**** Leandri screenshots and weblinks from their website with the charges and codes, as well as supp**** the same link and screenshot from their competitors Ampath, who also charge the same, R850, for the same tests. After almost 3 weeks now, I have had no updates or feedback supp****, this is despite constantly phoning and emailing Leandri for updates.....NOW I"M SPEECHLESS!!!!!! FRUSTRATED!!!!! & DISAPPOINTED!!!
I would appreciate some urgent assistance with regard to a query that was lodged on the 9th of December 2025 for a refund that is due to me as a result of my insurance premium for building insurance not getting cancelled as confirmed by the bank on the 7th of April 2022. For 32 months I have paid an increased premium and charged interest on my home loan amount that was incorrect as a result of the banks error. On the 9th of December 2024 I requested formal communication from the bank (a letter) stipulating that this error occurred, my new installment amount, as well as acknowledgement from the bank that this was their error and how it was going to be rectified. After making numerous calls to the bank between the 9th of December and today the 18th, I was assured that the letter would be issued as a matter of urgency, this is yet to happen. I was also informed that I would be contacted with a resolution, this is also yet to happen. On Wednesday last week (11 Dec 2024) I contacted home loans and was informed that the home loan amount is going to change/increase as a result of the banks error. I informed the consultant that this is unacceptable, the premium charged was incorrect on the banks part, not mine and the building insurance was not stipulated on the amount/premium that I was charged incorrectly for 32 months, I requested an explanation as to why this error and amount was not going to be absorbed by the bank? This morning I contacted the bank again to find out where the feedback was, only to be informed that the matter was closed...I said that's strange as I was not informed of this, nor of the new home loan amount, nor supp**** the requested letter. My latest request is to have this matter now escalated for a second time as well as to have a face to face meeting with the bank, feedback and confirmation of the meeting is not forthcoming. This matter is now sitting with Thuli Thonyama, I await her feedback and confirmation of a meeting date and time.
Last week I contacted Standard Bank home loans to change the debit order on my account to the last day of the month, currently Standard Bank Home Loans have changed the debit order date to the 3rd of the month, without my consent and now calling me 8 times a day to find out where the outstanding money is, I have explained, I earn one paycheck and can't afford a double debit order and that was the reason for asking for the debit order to be changed to the last day of the month, not the 3rd as their staff did and as it reflects on their system. On 3 of the 8 calls, I have asked for a reference number so this matter can be resolved, at the same point on 2 of the calls, the consultant hangs up...is this really how you do business, the type of people you employ and how you treat customers? This gross inefficiency is astounding and I want this mess sorted out immediately, without anyone putting the phone down and expecting something that was not agreed! Go listen to your recording before making these calls and upsetting customers unnecessarily!
For almost a week now I have requested multiple times to have my service cancelled, I made multiple calls as well as requested the same on their website, despite being issued multiple reference numbers and given the assurance that it would be done, this has still not happened. Now another months debit order has gone off my account and yes the service is still active, can someone contact me and address this issue ASAP

At no point was I asked if my contact details could be shared with any of the well "experts" and I use the terms "expert" very loosely in the above mentioned case!! Since this wellness day I have since received multiple emails from this person requesting and promoting her business, this is despite asking on every occasion to be removed from her mailing list. On the last occasion wishing me a happy festive season, Melissa Adamo Biokineticist's was yet asked again to remove me from their mailing list, only to respond....you can unsubscribe... How is someone meant to UNSUBSCRIBE from something they NEVER SUBSCRIBED for in the first place!!! I'm not sure how DISCOVERY and my previous employer feel it is okay to share contact details without their consent, isn't there legislation that prevents this from happening....!

If DISCOVERY and my previous employer feel it is okay to share members details without their consent, there is in fact legislation that prevents this from happening....you are not above the law, so REMOVE my details immediately, ensure your service providers stop contacting me, this extends to all insurance and financial service providers using you as their source...!!!
