Sunnybrook Pizza Perfect, on the 2nd of November I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken strips from the new Pizza Perfect branch. As per usual they were slow,however when I was eating my la Nona pizza(chicken, mushroom) I ended up throwing up as per a bone and grissel in the chicken on the Pizza. I automatically called them back and the manager Nomsa wanted to make me a new Pizza. At this point why would I want another Pizza ,I feel sick to my stomach and want a formal apology from the owner. She assured me that the owners will call me the next day. This has not happened! Their lack of responsibility to a formal complaint is evident and thus I did tell them if I am not called I will make a compliant on hello Peter, Nomsa begged me not to but yet still I was not called. This is disgusting, Pizza Perfect is one of my favorite places and when you pay R120 for 1 Pizza you should not be eating bones and nonsense!
I bought LONG LIFE milk (parmalat full cream) less than a week ago from Apple Tree Meadowdale mall. Upon opening EVERY SINGLE Carton, it is Off and separated. Ofcourse I dont have my slip to prove this and return the milk. I am beyond furious as this is not the first time stuff bought there is off and manky. Would going there and making a scene even help... I CANT NOT DEAL with disgusting customer service and they will most likely not take responsibility as per me not having my slip. So mad right now, milk is NOT CHEAP
Had a real Blonde moment first thing on a Monday morning - Locked my car keys in my car , Luckily I am a Discovery Insure member and as such have access to Roadside assistance. In a matter of minutes Mpumelelo Khoza from Discovery Roadside assist got a Locksmith out to me and within less than 40 minutes I had my car keys in my hand at absolutely NO CHARGE ! Incredible service , incredible product = Happy Client :)
I am assisting a client of mine with a unit trust withdrawal from Stanlib. We sent all required forms and documentation to 3(THREE) Different email contact addresses for stanlib (as none of then reply) It has been 2 MONTHS of constant following up on email to where NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE has been recieved.... I laid a formal complaint 2 weeks ago online ON THEIR WEBSITE... Still nothing. I provide client sevice myself as it is my job and am simply Disgusted by their lack of service. FSP Stands for "Financial Services Provider" there is absolutely no sevice with this company!!!
On Sunday 13th Jan 2019 the manager/owner refused to serve me as he was adament he will close his store early despite the closing time being 4pm as per sign at the wimpy. He then proceeded to swear at me and push the table i was sitting at. As per customer service this type of aggressive behavior is unacceptable
