I have never come across a company with such attitude from their agents. I keep on being reminded that my policies are in arrears. when you do the effort to call them because their whatsup group is absolutely useless all they need to ask you how many times you have *** a week to identify you which is absolutely ridiculous. I fully understand the process but i don't want to complete another application. You cannot ask for somebody to assist is your language as they cannot forward the call but he language barrier is beyond communicating with that call center. Best is you do something about that as i am looking into ending my policies with you not that i am contributing lot of money but can i please have somebody that can actually give me the correct info when i call. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTRE.

Please understand me when I say this is my last request to have my refund. See mail below. Only the R59.99 was refunded. Which was the very first transaction I did to your company. Needless to say I haven’t received whatever I was to receive when the next billing without my consent was deducted for R279.72 ZAR). Your business is misleading and just trying to scheme people into doing that small payment with underlining issues and I want that R279.72 which was deducted aswell. If you have a problem with my argument regarding, please read the mail below. See copied (So the total refunded amount is 339.71 ZAR.) If this is not done today I’m taking acting. It has been 3 months if not longer waiting for a response from the Manager from Checkers Atlasville next to Hanger and about 2months from there head office. I bought a roast chicken on a Friday afternoon which made me and my brother dog sick. so that I actually kept the chicken in my deepfreeze till yesterday thinking somebody would bother giving me a call about this not a word. SO HYERE I GO NEXT TIME WHEN YOU LOOKING FOR A PERFECT ROAST CHICKEN DONT THINK CHECKERS IS GOING TO PROVIDE THAT. DO THAT EXTRA MILE AND GO SOMEWQHERE ELSE.
I HAVE BEEN IN THIS COMPLEX RENTING FOR 18MONTHS NOT A DAYS PROBLEM BETWEEN MYSELF AND MY LANDLORD BUT THE BODYCORPORATE IS A BUNCH OF BULLIES AND YOU ARE NOTHING IF YOU NOT PART OF THEM. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY GIVEN FINES OUT FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY THINK YOU DESERVE IT TODAY. MARCHING UP AND DOWN THE LANES TO SEE WHAT WHO IS DOING AND THEN GATHERING TOGETHER TO UPDATE EACH OTHER. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. BE VERY CAREFULL BUYING OR RENTAL HERE AND THAT YOU CAN TAKE MY WORD FOR.
I have been battling with homecloud since November 2018 and still is. Eventually I received a form to complete and send back and only then will the contract be cancelled wich i dont have 'cause its pay as you go. I have requested suspention on it but was still charged. I WILL never in my life use them again. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO WAISTE YOUR MONEY JOIN THESE CLOWNS.
