An auto reply on mauls which they never return. Bela bela number disconnects after ringing only 3 times. Autimated voice service says you must send an email and the will repky wothin 24-48 hours wich never happens!! I am fed up

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE BULL**** COMPANY WHICH CHANGES THEIR POLICIES YEARLY AND YOU AS OWNER JUST HAS TO ACCEPT THEIR TERMS. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN TRYING TO INVEST IN THEM. I AM SELLING MINE AFTER YEARS OF BEING WITH THEM OR BEING AN INVESTOR WITH THEM. I WILL NEVER RECORMEND THEM. THINK TWICE. ALSO SEE REVIEWS FOLLOWING

Being a loyal owner and paying levies every year for about 10 years, TVG has really disappointed me this time round. They should be transparent with their offerings to clients. I want to warn prospective clients, booking through TVG, to make sure of your booking with TVG before paying the amounts charged. Early May 2019, we booked a 6 sleeper (thinking it was for 6 adults) for December holiday in Mossel Bay Golf estate, and upon arrival were told it was for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 yrs. When we requested the accommodation, the detail handed to us by TVG only stipulated the accommodation as a 6 sleeper and we accepted that. We were made to pay the full amount (R21146.00) within 24 hrs otherwise we would stand a chance of losing the allocation. We paid the amount as requested, only to find out after paying the amount, that there is limitations wrt the people on the booking. We did not query that as we had done other bookings through TVG where we were 6 adults before and we had no issues. I feel TVG is negligent in the way they do business with people and that limitations on bookings must be highlighted before any payments is requested. It place one under huge pressure to pay the amount as you don't want to lose the availability. Unfortunately TVG did not have any alternatives for us and I had paid for a 6 sleeper where only 4 of us could stay. I had to make alternative arrangements with extra costs to accommodate 2 of my adult children. TVG should be ashamed of the way they are doing business. I also feel that I have been overcharged for the stay due to the negligence of TVG.

Good day, this is a total waste of money! We havent used this to go on holiday for two years, we are on a waiting list for 3 years for a certain holiday resort, but it is never available for the time table we can go on holiday. We are Gold Crown members but in 6 years we have never been able to get a resort with that "status" We get availability on the lifestyle and silver packages but you can bearly see the sea. We are not permitted to take holidays over December so where are the more than 408 places availability in the June/July holiday season. It is a scam, we are tired of paying but not receiving any propper service. DO NOT WASTE your money by paying for a holiday club, when you can get a wide variety at discounted prices in June/July. Cannot wait till we are out of this contract and we will never refer anyone to TVG

I am SOOOOO sorry that I did not check out TVGC on hello peter and other social media websites before I started my membership. What a joke!! Every time I want to make a reservation there is a story or issue. Latest: Week runs from Friday to Friday and a weekend from Saturday to Monday How on earth does this work?? In all the time I have membership I think I've used it 2 times (for friends) and it honestly feels like I am throwing money in the water. On other websites the same places as yours have availability, but you don't? Really?? I don't get that. I don't get this group

I am SOOOOO sorry that I did not check out TVGC on hello peter and other social media websites before I started my membership. What a joke!! worst company EVER!!!! We bought into this lie a couple of years ago. the sales person sold us a lot of lies, telling us that we had wide viriety of accommodation around the country to choose from. and that is totally far from the truth. we cant get anything all we get is a few logdes in Limpopo and thats it. now we are done paying for this total waste of money and we are trying to cancelmembership, they are ingoring our emails !!!so now we have to beg them to assist us ... poor customer service and it is super frustrating !!! do not buy into the lie if these ppl try yo srll you their so called time share. it is all lies!!!!

Yunus Ismaiel is a CROOK sold me timeshare for Sun City Vacation Club for Easter weekend 2018. 6 sleeper. Paid him on the 6 March 2018 and when I arrived I never got the room. Packed my meat eggs etc and the DOG said double booked. Yunus Ismaiel ( ********** 012) email ********** He lives in Rustenburg his banking details Fnb ********** 7746. Pls don’t trust him.
