I went for a COVID test on 20/04/2021 at the Lancet Labs at Bedfordview Clinic. What a bad experience!!! When I got there I was told: "you have the wrong form! Fill in the correct one and we will help you". Huh? Not one of them were wearing name tags. I told the lady that the Doctor gave me the form, how can it be wrong? She told me that they are Lancet not Ampath. Oh okay then, I didn't know that it made a difference........so, I sat down and completed the form. The lady took my forms and told me to sit on the chair. While talking to her colleagues in her language, she filled in the necessary and asked me for the Doctor's details or cell number. I told her everything that he gave me the form so his details must me on there and before I could say anything else and without asking, she stuck the swab up my nose!! I did not know a swab can go that deep!! My eyes started tearing.....it was a horrible experience! Once done, she said: "you can go". Just that! Not: we are done and will sms you the result... or ... I am sorry, but we have to do this........nothing! It was one of the worst experiences of my life! We were a few people at the testing tent at that stage.......what a bad experience. Most people going for COVID testing are stressed and traumatised already.......a little bit of friendliness will make a huge difference! I really hope I never have to use Lancet again......not after that bad experience.

I went for my COVID test yesterday at Bedfordview Clinic. Firstly, my mistake, I did not know that with the form I had I am supposed to go to a Ampath Lab, so I went to the Lancet Lab. The ladies at the testing tent told me immediately: "This is the wrong form, fill out the right one!" I asked them how it can be the wrong form, but no one answered me. As I filled in their form I realised it is the "wrong" form as it is a form for Ampath and not Lancet. I completed the form and handed it back. The lady who helped me was quite rude and told me to sit on the chair. Not explaining anything, or asking anything she stuck the swab in my nose while she was talking to the others in her language. It felt like she was going to damage my brain (I know its not really possible). This was the one of my worst experiences ever with Lancet! I am sorry I had to intrude your morning by going there. Hopefully I don't have to do this again. I will make sure in future I go to the right lab. People going there are stressed and traumatised already.....a little bit of kindness goes a long way. If I was the only patient at the time I guess I would heave just left it and moved on, but we were a few people and not one of the employees were friendly :(
I know this is not ALL the Burger King's in South Africa, but it seems like there is a problem in Brakpan......specifically Carnival Mall. I have only been there a few times since they firs opened, but I am surely not going back again. If there is not something short (which they did not ring up, because they did not hear properly and was not sure - after you repeated the order twice and they confirmed it) then it is something you did not even order, because they don't have exactly what you have ordered. It seems like the problem is with Brakpan, because all the take-out places have issues/problems in getting orders correctly. However, Burger King at East Rand Mall is TOPS!! Excellent service, friendly and professional staff.......what a pleasure and I will drive all the way there (approx 20km) to get what I need instead of going to Carnival Mall's outlet.

I am battling since September 2019 to sort out an Telkom account. I have sent e-mail on e-mail and no response. People from Telkom send me e-mails to tell me the account is over due, but when I reply........NO REPSONSE!!!!! How must I find out what the settlement amount is? No assistance.......no response!!!!!!!
I am SOOOOO sorry that I did not check out TVGC on hello peter and other social media websites before I started my membership. What a joke!! Every time I want to make a reservation there is a story or issue. Latest: Week runs from Friday to Friday and a weekend from Saturday to Monday How on earth does this work?? In all the time I have membership I think I've used it 2 times (for friends) and it honestly feels like I am throwing money in the water. On other websites the same places as yours have availability, but you don't? Really?? I don't get that. I don't get this group
Tried to change an item in store, but they did not have a bigger size. When I asked if they can look which store do have stock I was informed that they are not allowed to do that. (huh??) Tried to e-mail customer service, waited 2 days - No response. Phoned the customer service - 30min on the line - No response. Is anyone in the Customer service department working?
