I ordered a Kentucky Style Burger for myself and family. When the order arrives it is definitely not a Kentucky style Burger (I have had it twice at the Olivedale branch), I taste a bit without ever going into the bun. It is tastes exactly as how it looks, burnt dry chicken. The waiter calls another person (I explain again), the first one actually did say the Burger is not supposed to be like that. The manner I was doing this very calm but explaining. Then they call another person, this is when the problem starts, very patronizing, condescending, rude tone...I am still calm. She speaks raises her voice proceeds to tell me to leave her restaurant. I went past the branch I have had the meal from. They see the Burger that my son's girlfriend did not finish they definitely confirm that this is not it. Right now as am typing this because I had order one take away from my other son who didn't want to come with, his Burger is missing the top part of the bun. I called and I tell them I'm writing a review the guy who picked up just said I am a ****, they called the other branch and the other branch says I'm a **** too. Head Office knows about this already and I'm a ****. The issue here besides being treated rudely is the lack of accountability, it is appalling and I wonder if this is what you stand for as a brand. The treatment and service I got was horrible. Ask that lady manager to do better and to adjust her tone when speaking to customers

These people are scammers, do not give your money to them. I entered into an agreement with them that they will remove my prescribed debt from my credit record. They even said I don't have to pay them all the money they quoted me to do the job. I can pay a third of it. I did just that, since then they have blocked me, I can't communicate with them or ask for my money back.
I notice Showmax has been double debiting my account for the past 9 months. Gave them proof and my card details. They say they can't locate my card details on the system...just like that no this is what we can do. I want my money back!
I booked 5 movie tickets for Avengers: Endgame, R359 was deducted from my account. But accourding to them aonly 1 ticket was reserved and they say I am more than welcomed to book again. YOUR SOLUTION DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!!!! YOU NEED TO GIVE ME THOSE SEATS AND FOR THE DATE AND TIME I HAD BOOKED FOR!!

On Friday the 1st of March, I went to a Capitec ATM to withdraw money, atm did not give out the money as it was supposed to. I then decided to printout to find out what happened to the money. The ATM did not print and after about 5 minutes it switched off with my card still inside. I called the call centre, they cancelled my card and now this bank is expecting me to pay them R65 for something that was caused by them. I refuse, I want a new card. Last month I had to pay R65 because of a faulty chip, now I must pay for something that had everything to do with you. Margo Moyakhe
A bunch of thieves, they debit your account (for 2 months, which you didn't even verify) without even you using the service. When I called in, they told me they debit anyway and the reason I cannot use the wi-fi was that a device was missing and could only be delivered once I have verified my account. I verified my account now in Jan, the device was delivered. I told them i will reverse the Nov and Dec debit as I will not be paying for something I never used. My accout has been suspended because of those reversals and they are now saying I said I did not need the router (device) so I must pay for Nov and Dec (which I didn't even use)...I want to cancel and sommer reverse Jan. But I must give them a thousand rands to do so? Rip off!!!!!!!!! And your stories are not consistent!!!
