bought 2 x lamb breyani yesterday and a portion of soji. Was really disapointed with the standard and taste off the food. The potatoes were fried in repeatedly used oil it smelled funny and tasted bad. so the food was off terribly low standard. there The meals cost us R99 per portion included 3 pieces of meat, the soji R49 a small container did not have cream or almonds was not properly cooked , so my overall opinon of this takeaways is one off utmost disappointment . I really had a very high opinion off this company from experiences with the Durban branch.
Order #181720-this order was placed on the 3/6/22-on the 11th there was still no updateds on the staus. on the 13/6/22 sent an email to snatcher again and my order was updated immedaitely stating tha it was ready for the courier to collect. The same afternoon I received an email stating that one item on my order was not going to be delivered due to no stock and a store credit was going to be allocated to my account. I received my order 14/6/22, upon openening the box i find th einvoice stating all items delivered , only to see that i did not receive the lights . i have been sending emails ever since with no response . received an email this morning stating that a store credit will be done for 1 x set of lights
I had the pleasure of Speaking to Dayle this morning regarding an item received about 3 weeks ago. My previous correspondance was never action . This young lady actioned my complaint while i was still busy on the phone with her. Exceptional service received

Had the pleasure of dealing with him again on Thursday, he retrieved whatever information i needed and sent me the link. Keep up the good work
I really hope i can reach someone who can assist me with my problem. I purchased a defy chest freezer three weeks ago from the store at East Rand Value Mall in Boksburg. Requested delivery for the 29/5/21. it was delivered at around 1.30pm on the requested date. the driver was accompanied by another gentleman, they left the base set in my spare room and the freezer in the lounge, The driver seemed to be in a great hurry, he also did not have a facemask on. he left the bed and went outside while the other guy asked me to get one of the guys that had just finished with my floating shelves to help him move the freezer in the allotted space . the driver shouted that he must get the papers signed and come out. I asked the other guy should I not inspect the items before signing, he said if I wanted to I can. he opened up the packaging of the freezer and left the plastic at the bottom of the freezer. the freezer was opened so that i can see that the basket as well as other components inside the freezer. then left, when the plastic was removed from the bottom of the freezer i saw that it had a scratch as well as the vent on the side was not sitting properly. i immediately phoned the store, i spoke to Janine and told her the situation . she got hold off the driver who responded that since i had already accepted delivery and given him the pin there's nothing they can do about it . I went into the store on Sunday morning and spoke to the store manager , Shafir, he said that he would get hold of the relevant people and get back to me to date I have not recieved any response about whether this chest freezer is going to be exchanged or not. purchased R500 Unipin prepaid on 2/12/19, like i do every month around the 1st or 2nd followed the prompt like I always do: *120*41589*pin nr*meter number# and call. a few minutes later i receive a message and it said City of Ekurhuleni, I thought that was strange but since it had all the other details, i did not give it a second thought. I assumed the Unipin had changed their format. What really got me was the number of Units it stated 343.40kwh instead of the usual 209.70kwh that i normally receive for R500.00 i then proceeded to enter the token numbers which would not load, since it was 21.42pm i could not get hold of anyone. i phoned meter mate on the morning of 3/12/19 and got feedback from customer care stating that i had loaded the incorrect meter. The more I told him that was impossible he kept on saying it was for Ekurhuleni. I told him what i normally do before i send off the message and he said well Unipin says nothing can be done and please forget about the R500. Could someone please help
