In 2017 I was notified by late mom's family to submit documents for a land claim because my mom has passed away I would have to submit her death certificate and other supporting documents so I could receive the funds as her only child, I have been submitting these documents from 2017 till to date without any response or whatsoever my aunts and uncles have been paid 3 times already wherelese I'm sitting here with not even an explanation, I'm unemployed and it hurts me so much that I have to go through so much hassle for almost 5years I have been calling Sakhumzi Sigaji's office and the receptionist is rude and does not even try to provide any explanation or information I don't know why in a democratic country we have public servants who dont respect civilians or their job for that matter, December is around the corner and will soon be starting a new year with the same dilemma I am truly not satisfied and livid for that matter a department as big as that failing to respond my cousin whose mother just passed away got paid and here I am in the same position I was in 4 years back.
Hahn Collections has not reached to me with the proposed solutions that were communicated to me by the department of Labour I have been abused by this company so much and they still continue to do it in my absence, as stated by the inspector who is on my case they made me future date a resignation of which I understand is wrong according to the basic employment act, they have not terminated my employment and is affecting me negatively I'm a young mother I cannot apply for relief grant or the YES program, because I am registered as employed. I have given all documents to the inspector which included my Last pay slip and bank statement clearly outlining that my last salary was in November but still shows I'm getting paid. The inspector then recommended that they back pay me from April because that's initially when I was supposed to resume my duties but was prohibited to do so. It pains me that we go out looking for employment but are faced with these challenges. But one thing about me I will fight with everything I have especially because they are ignoring the highest office they are disregarding Tebogo Marupings instruction, I'm sure Graham Powell wherever he is, just says I'm crazy and I can't touch be ause that's what he says he once said the CCMA is nothing oh I have proof of everything. They are even ignoring my emails
Well mine is not a good experience. I have been abused and faced racism in this company Lucky for me I always keep record of everything from emails to phone calls to recordings, last year I was forced to take early maternity or else they would terminate my employment (of which I have proof) I sent everything to the Department of Labour and luckily the CEO of Labour Tebogo Maruping saw my complaints because they date back to 2019 they are now attending my case and ordered the company to back pay me from May till end September because the coerced me to write a resignation letter in November future dated to March 2022 of which that's illegal, they have ignored the instructions have not contacted me because I'm sure Graham Powell thinks he has all the power as he would say "You People are nothing" their HR keeps ignoring my emails I sent him a email and WhatsApp asking for my recent IRP5 he just blueticked me and blocked me knowing very well that the IRP5 will incriminate them further because records of SARS and DOL need to go hand in hand, legally I'm still in their employment but not have been receiving any salary. What I like about them is that they are disregarding instructions of a whole CEO of the DOL and one thing about me is that I will fight this I have lost so many opportunities because of this and won't let it loose the chickens will come to roast. If they don't pay me by Friday I will make sure all the organizations that have offered their help I use them wisely and this is why he wanted to get rid of me bullying a pregnant woman how disgusting
So on monday the 15th of March I decide to order food as usual with Uber Eats I walk out with a R200 note and pay the driver for a order amounting to R72 my change was then supposed to be R128 but because the driver didn't have change I then requested that he credits my change on my account to my surprise the driver wrote that I I gave him R90 and then my change is R18 I have been frustrated for almost the whole week and my issue is not being resolved I can't be scammed such a huge amount of money and keep quiet
So I got this company to assist me in claiming my UIF Maternity benefits, made an enquiry they responded very quick on how much I must pay in order for them to assist me, paid them sent through POP, and they went dead on me I had to run behind till they close while they would just hang up on me, January when they opened I called in again only to be insulted by a white lady saying to me "You people don't listen" what does that mean is it because I'm black that's why they are treating me that way? 2 of my colleagues warned me about this company but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the hospital I gave birth at recommended them, they shouldn't have taken my black money I had to go and wait those long queues and do things for myself because of them while I PAID asked for a refund and she straight up told me I won't get it, well they messed with the wrong person I'm going to make sure they pay for putting me through such when I have a newborn I'm taking this up with the law society
I ordered a birthday gift yesterday around 9/10 in the which was supposed to be delivered yesterday the delivery was not done I called them around 16:30 asking about the whereabouts of my order and they promised to deliver this morning at 8am it is 13:20 and still no luck I keep calling and continuously being told it's on it's way how incompetent is that? The birthday girl has even given up on her gift.. I'm never ordering with them again I just want my money
These are are utterly disrespectful ordered food on Uber eats which was a Wings meal the picture there clearly depicts A FULL MEAL yet they have the audacity to say to me i placed a wrong order they brought wings without chips and salads called in and was not assisted they further hung up the phone on my ear....WELL THIS IS NOT OVER
