My kids are going to happyfeet for the last 4 years now and I haven't had any issues thus far, I hear everything that happens at creche daily from them and mam and Sir are not not just there teachers but there inspiration to excel and do well, they do create a safe environment for the kids. At first it was very hard for them to adapt but now has gotten used. Keep up the good work and you will be blessed...
By far the worst service ever for the past 1 year I have been having issues whereby I have signed up for a 2 year contract for R649 a month and getting a 0.48 meg line each and everyday I get told that changes have been made and there has been no improvement what so ever
I recently purchased a meal from your restaurant but the quality of the food was terrible. The mash was spoilt and the chicken was very old stock. I got a reference from customer service to redeem a meal but the manager Jessica said that she could not help me and that customer service should not be assisting us with these complaints. I have now lost out on the food that we initially purchased and the petrol I used to mark he 2 trips to the restaurant and all my airtime to get the matter resolved. A big franchise as yourselves should never make promises to the customer if you cannot fulfill it
Purchased scons yesterday at Spar Chatsworth Centre and they was moulded by today.
Placed an order online for delivery at 11:30am money taken out and its now 1:00pm shalcross McDonald's then calls me up to say the order is delayed more than one hour delayed. Then says they will compensate me with a Mcflurry, requested a refund as the order was placed for my baby who is 2 years old. After requesting a refund said they will contact me after 5 minutes went more than 15 minutes and no call arrived then called them back and i was told i will receive a call in a very rude manner. While speaking to the store assistants i got hung up on more than 4 times. I then requested the area managers number which they have refused to had out and got told a refund will be processed which never arrive yet. Im utterly disgusted with the service i received and i wonder how staff are trained and employed. McDonald's been such a big and reputable brand to not carry out good standards is pathetic. Does it really take more than 1:45 to make burgers and nuggets and then get treated like **** from staff.
Lynette from pick n pay Phoenix is so rude to her staff she screamed at her staff very rudely on the 24th February she was complaining about her customers and bad mouthing them to her staff does she not realise she has a job due to her customers and then she calls herself a supervisor. Pick n pay you will be loosing customers I will never shop there again, have shopped and yeh Crescent and pick n pay Chatsworth never had this issue. Lynette should go for customer service training all over again
Radiant hair in Chatsworth (pick n pay building ) Google time which they have put says they close at 6pm I walked in there 5 with my baby girl for a haircut and they refuse to see to us saying that they already took they last client, why the hell say that you close at 6 when u take your last client before 5pm customer service at its worst will never recommended anyone to this salon
I went to MacDonald's in the workshop and the service of the staff is terrible they had no feeding chair and the guy had a problem with my baby standing up on the couch and eating yet she was to small to sit in the adult chair they was so unfriendly it was unbelievable I always use MacDonald's at Umhlanga and never do we get treated so badly bad customer service food levels are deplorable.
