On 25 November 2025, I placed an online order with Leroy Merlin South Africa (order number #000830167). The partial delivery arrived on 3 December 2025, but one item was missing from the shipment. I promptly reported the issue and have since sent multiple emails to orders@leroymerlin.co.za requesting a refund for the undelivered item. Each response assured me that the matter would be escalated or resolved soon, but as of 12 December 2025, no refund has been processed, and I have received no further meaningful updates or confirmation. This experience has been highly frustrating, involving repeated follow-ups without resolution. I expected better customer service from Leroy Merlin, particularly in handling straightforward refund requests for non-delivered goods.
The locksmith I got from them was definitely the worst to deal with. I was ****med terribly so by the people they gave me. I was charged R4414 for a flimsy lock and it was not even installed correctly. They claim no responsibility for the people they recommend through their website, so clearly they do not vet the people or I don't know what ***** things happen through this company. I would recommend staying far away
Unfortunately missed these reviews prior to calling them, and now I am one of the many who got ****med by this company from hell. Stay away!!! I was broken into and needed an emergency locksmith. I was charged R4414 for to replace a single lock and they installed a flimsy no name brand lock that doesnt work not even day later. Their business model and ethics are horrible.
Terrible service When AI asked for assistance, staff are on their phones and not happy to help at all
As an ISP afrihost is one of the best. Installed my fiber lines at my home and office in record time. 1 year down the line and never had any issues with them. Internet has always been stable and reliable and the staff is always willing to assist.
At this point vox is outright thieves. They have cut my line and they refusing to restore it. It's been 5 days now and still no connectivity. Each time I call I just get told that a ticket is being opened and someone will call. 5 days later and nothing has been resolved. I have paid for the service and nothing is being given. I urged you to stay away from vox
Highly disappointed by this service, 1 month down the line of endless problems with vox and no one assumes responsibility. From taking a month to upgrade my line while all the while charging me for speeds I have not reviewed to now cutting my line and saying no one knows what's wrong. Everytime I call vox technicians reply with "it's been escalated they will call you soon". Vox has no customer service at all
I have tried upgrading my line with vox. the whole process has taken about 3 weeks now and still waiting. In the meantime they continue to bill me for a line speed they do not provide and the only response you get is "we working on it".
Vox has the worst customer service and the worst infrastructure. Honestly, guys just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I have now paid for a 20/20 line but at best I get a 10/10. They still continue to charge me for a 20/20 line and the best answer I get from them is that it's not their problem.
