Im a disabled person with damaged legs & I always join the queue. It's not long before a security guard comes up and down the queue. I have always been offered a seat, and always been assisted with patience. Nor do I 'jump' the queue, just channeled in the right direction. Thankyou for doing the right thing.
I am a disabled person, with damaged legs, there is no visible disabled parking, so my husband dropped me off at the doorway. Yes, there is a queue but I wanted to ask if there are any seats, but I got ignored by the "lady" doing the screening. As she called the next person, my husband asked him to wait and I asked if disabled people were expected to stand in the queue. She just said yes and asked the next person to come. A medical center with no Disabled parking, no seating for the diabled, and no client care.
Staff is always super friendly and helpful. As a disabled person it's so nice to recieve offers of help from management down. There fabric measurements are always generous, and when I was looking for a specific fabric thatbthey didn't stock, I was given an alternative to try for free. Thankyounfor all your kindnesses
Im so pleased that the management have taken Corona virus seriously. More so than other shops. They have only allowed a certain number of shoppers thru at a time. Using hand sanitiser as you enter, and makin sure the queue maintains proper distance. Thankyou for making it safe to shop here
Have purchased a few times. I always recieved the correct goods, and always on the date specified. Research your product properly and check it on delivery at the gate or door, before you sign for it. I myself have never had a problem.
