My first Online order is a nightmare, I ordered 2 items, it comes from different places, the Silver Crest 8l airfrier(not true to size!) I received a week after order, immidiate i locked a return and refund, so it's weeks sins then stil no collection,The second product is a Bosch window vac, weeks received nothing yet, but I did phone the lady said no stock, I did send a email for full refund and cancelation, but I no reply..
I broke my clients thermometer could not find one anywhere, but I and came across A place to Shop.. They helped me out... Thank u

Very bad experience with online purchase, we ordered a battery on 26-12-2024 , very slow to none respond of parcel packed for delivery. Needless to say i cancelled the order, because the service this far was to slow + they didn't have the one i ordered.. the WA and calls reply started to get aggressively rude. What can i do of you got paid by payjustnow and sit with the payment and the product..till this day 11-01-2025 they have it, they keep on sending false proof og refund to payjustnow, while payjustnow can pick it up on their system that it's not refunded, And the WA are so rude from them. Well my car not running have to borrow a battery somewhere to go to work. Do not buy from these people. They had the opportunity to send me a battery knowing i need it. And they have the full payment.
Order via App , one time the driver was drunk and food was a bit scrambeld and cold, this time we received the food an hour late had to call Steers ,food was cold..
Why is the specials always out of stock , and how can personal tell you that its to late to pack out of storage, and the customer is not of Parys and she was told to come back TOMORROW?
Not a family homey welcome feeling especially when you have a little one... Food isn't something to talk about. Prices is definitely for the high and rich. No Wi-Fi available for clients use. The only positive is great photos can capture a celebration or moment O's is not for us

Music in language only the staff can enjoy, isn't English the language for every tax payer. Making no room for white people.
