Flight service is good but when it comes to customer service utter ****, called couple times in regards to my credit even with the R300 deduction which i understand in regards to the Consumer protection credit is suppose to last 3 years , called and emailed a couple times promised feedback and not once got call back , even a response to my emails
Went to Dial a Bed Northgate Cape Town , had amazing service from Albert De Jager would recommend him for all you needs was very knowledgably and helpful, made you feel amazing
I have been waiting since the black Friday for my by contract(600GB for R299) to start as i am getting married and one of the 1st thing i was planning to do was stream our nikkah and when we move to our place to have data. I went in-store to the vodacom store to sign up, up to today from black Friday prior weeks still waiting them to contact me as their systems have been offline or they busy. I tried signing up online only to get calls from the sales agent after the deals have expired. I finally met Yusuf from Chatz Connect which completed the application for me, asked me for all my details and documents which i sent through, see reference numbers below, there was some issues on the system which then he tried calling and escalating, i also tried before and after which i tried calling yesterday again , which i was transferred from one department to another some even just being told they taking a look and then transferred with no warning . Had amazing service, one thing I would recommend don't walk in and make a booking so you will have enough time, only reason 4 star instead of 5 for me is if they go above beyond something you do not expect, but otherwise would definitely recommend and value for money. Thank you Derrick

I would like to state what expectations I had from a laser treatment at deluxe laser I had in Claremont Cavendish mall - Removal of hair on my shoulder - Or just a reduction What I ended up paying a pretty penny for was uncontrollable hair growth on my shoulder and more hair growth in places I had none due to listening to them stating they know what they doing, I would like to paint a story. My first day there was for a patch test where the lady wasn’t sure why I was there she wanted to know what places I wished to remove my hair (she thought I was there for proper session), which I then told her she must be mistaken I am just here for a patch test, which she was like oh, she has just been really busy, which I could understand I decided to treat myself for my birthday and get the hair removed on my shoulders, my first session they used a hair removal cream which I did not mind, and when they began the laser the pain was on 3-7 level which I thought was normal because it was my first time.(Website Advertises painless) Second time I think I had another lady which told me no they never used cream they only shave, which I then advised her when you shave my hair it stimulates the hair growth and she assured me that because we doing the laser it would cancel out the hair growth. You might be asking why I am telling you this: - Deluxe laser staff lie, only reason I can think is because they not trained correctly. - I called a couple times to explain to them 90% of the times calls were never returned. I was told that they can give me couple extra sessions 2 R800+ I told them I will think about it as there is no guarantee (They gave me 2 complimentary sessions due to their shaving mess up also). - When they called me to confirm my next appointment told them if they cant do 4 sessions for that price as there was no guarantee, they said they would have to check with management when the same lady called to confirm, we can I agreed to the next appointment. So back to today I go in for my appointment, she asks me a couple general questions, after the session I go the counter to pay and she is like for two session its R800+ , I asked her just to confirm I heard right and she says the same , as it was closing time and I came straight from work, I was exhausted I spoke to her about our deal which she has no recollection about , - Reason for this story. - They lie , which you don’t expect from a company so big - They not trained correctly , whenever there is a issue they use the same keywords over and over - Ended up with more hair , and bad taste - I paid R400+ for the one session and left the place - False advertising “100% painless permanent hair removal “ I left out a lot of the points as well if you like to hear more, more than welcome to ask, So to end it off would not recommend this place to anyone
Old Khaki - Cannot remember the store could have been P.E , I was looking for a jacket but no one had it called a couple stores and they told me they had it, apparently other stores , could not do store to store delivery, until i went to a local branch and tell them to call the store, Just wanted to say a big thank you to the assistants of that store if you reading this is was denim jacket with fur , Thank you
**** service no other words, I called in multiple times to get my bill to see why they charged me double the bill , spent countless hours for a month, with empty promises from 95% of the agents and countless transfers, I ever threaten for them to reverse the debit order still nothing , I get rude call within the week from the debt collectors , and they put down the phone in my face , I had no issue paying all I wanted to know if why they were charging me double, they could not give me an invoice? I did a credit check against my name and I saw my name being pulled through the mud and affecting my credit score negatively, which is ****ing me off. Could you please let me know what steps I can take to rectify this situation! And get my credit score corrected. I can bet I am not the only person this has happened to. Thank you
