2 months ago I got involved in an accident that was caused by JT international employee with the company vehicle and I’ve lodged a third party claim at the company’s Insurance broker AON . AON sent me all the necessary paperwork then I filled out everything and sent back to them and they’ve acknowledged that they have received them and everything is in order . To my surprise when the claim is supposed to be finalised the AON is sending me an email that they can’t process the claim as they are waiting for their client as JT International to pay a B Excess claim of which the JT international is disputing to pay . And now I’m stuck between the two parties who can’t seem to get a common ground on this issue. And no one from JT International wants to take accountability on this whole thing. AON is simply waiting for them to adhere to their policies as per agreement. Now I’m suffering unnecessarily.
Few days ago rain billed me an extra amount, I haven’t even recovered the money as they called to say they’ll refund me within 7 working days . Wooow this morning they’ve just throw a cold water on my face by disconnecting my internet saying I should pay because they’ve changed my payment dates from the 25th to the 1st. Not Sange the consultant blaming me for everything . You should have done this you should have done that . What is she hired for ? Blaming customers or assisting them ? Then I asked her to transfer me to speak to her manager then she said her manager is busy . The. I asked the email address of the manager she said it’s not possible. What is possible with Rain? Then I must also ask how am I going to get through to the manager then she said the manager will call her once she’s done and she can give me the call . What are they running a ****a shop with only one manger and no supervisor. Then she continue saying I should pay an outstanding amount as she will not be able to reconnect me because my account is in arrears. Meanwhile they are the one who are supposed to be paying me back my money. I’m defeated at this point . Because even they guy who contacted me after I wrote to Hellopeter saying I will get back my money he failed to put it in writing as I requested. What a horrible service that time I’m working from home and they have decided to disconnect me . Personally I think they’re consultants needs a proper training.
Rain did me very bad , I gave them a call last month as I wanted to upgrade my package. The consultant whom I didn’t take her name assisted me and then asked me my banking details to pay 1 rand then I gave her the details only to find out now that she changed the billing details without my concerned and they billed me from that account she requested for once off 1 rand billing. Now to my surprise this nor they have billed me more on the account I’ve never even gave any consent to. I picked up the phone and called them and asked why billing me more and the guy said i didn’t cancel the old account, which old acc when I’m using the very same SIM card then he transferred me to the cancellation department the lady then said they billed the prorata fees of which she couldn’t go in details she was pinning a lot of things of which I re corrected her because she wanted to say I’m behind with the payment then I said no then she came up with another story. Date 31 May 2024 22 May 2024 30 April 2024 31 March 2024 29 February 2024 Amount R1,208.35 R115.16 R479.00 R479.00 R479.00 That is my statement I even said go back and listen to my previous recordings . Nothing was explained to me that they’re going to add some extra charges. I’m so ****ed right now I’ll make sure that come month end I’m cancelling this whole thing. I’m going to use what I’ve paid for .
I booked through booking.com on the 2nd of September this year , only to find out that they’ve doubled the bookings in that place and I’ve only learned about that as I was about to check in. You can just imagine the frustration , that time the gentleman who were supposed to assist me at that Holiday House in Hartebee****rt was very rude saying I must call booking. com to refund me and he even didn’t want to open the gate for me shouting and hanging up the phone on me. I’ve sent the several complains to Booking.com asking for my refund till date I’m still waiting for my money. They’ve rep**** with an email saying they have refunded me the same day and I’ve asked them where , then they’ve sent another email saying because they’re international Co it may take a month 🙄 and a month has passed, still no communication.
I’ve been at Akasia Hospital since 4pm and others from 3 and we’ve been on waiting in emergency area for over 3hrs without being attended to that time the air con is on we’re getting cold the parking is charging us by the time we leave here the pharmacies will be closed . The service is so horrible for the money that we’re paying here . They don’t have the best interest of the patients at heart at all. The fact that I’m sitting here not showing the signs of critical condition it doesn’t mean I’m non urgent patient. It’s almost 7pm I’m still sitting here waiting for Jesus that I don’t know when is he gonna come . We paying for slavery service.
I’ve been very frustrated as they’ve blocked my son’s membership whereas someone in their accounts department didn’t do his or her job . Now I’ve been calling and they have been sending me from pillar to post. All I need is simple answers of how did that membership is sitting on the areas , who gave them the permission to bill that membership individually.
The flowers are always fresh and alive, the arrangement is absolutely exceptional they always deliver on time. I'd buy from them anyday.
Ive been struggling with TV errors but today Lukhanyo did an excellent job and he was very patient and calming me down in a process after the whole 30 minutes my TV errors were fixed.
What an excellent service i got from King Price insurance, i made a claim on monday last week and this afternoon i got my new set of Television. Thank you so much i can recommend it to everyone. The consultants who assisted me was also very efficient. I'm happy with their service.
Such A Poor Service The last time i complained about the discovery health a consultant contacted me claiming that there's no medical aid that's paying for breast reduction as it considered not legally by the medical council, i got so mad they way she was giving me an attitude because I'm in a group of women who are suffering the very same way i do and their medical aid authorise for such even my doctor told me that he had performed so many procedures from other medical aid including Discovery. So o think they are waiting for me to die due to this headaches and and backache I'm going through everyday of my life. My GP also ran out of options and advise i leave discovery that I've been with them for 8 yrs. It is so heartbreaking my everyday life is very miserable. I hate discovery with all my heart and i would not advise anyone to take their services it is so horrible. Imagine going through the pains I'm going through a mere consultant call you advising you about your medical situation. The consultant who knows nothing about medical studies. It hurts to the core. I find it so unprofessional and unhuman after all this years
