Vida E Caffe STADIO Centurion campus - Made an order on the Refreshi app for this specific branch at at around 12PM , payment went through - was advised what time to collect my order - arrived between 3-4PM as stated on the app after my classes were done - I arrived and they had no order ready for me and told me to return the following Tuesday - to collect a food order a week after the order has been placed. They didn't apologize was just told to return the following week
I have had my number for nearly 15 years and I just got a message saying that a sim swap has been done on my number and now I have been locked out of everything, I have been calling the Vodacom customer care number for the last 3 hours and I have been responded to by an AI which can't help, I WANT MY NUMBER BACK!!!!!

have been with FNB for over 10 years ,and ever since getting a cheque account when I started working it's been nothing but money being taken.I don't even know where to start, this is just getting ridiculous, so there have been times (about 3 times) where my account has been overdrawn and I would get charged between R300-R500 at most for a specific amount, now this time I had one of their agents call me and offer me a new product and I took it on the pretense that he said I would be getting charged much lesser fees because at that time in his words I was getting charged too much and if I take the new card or upgrade my fees will decrease and I wouldn't pay any fees for any overdrawn amounts if this was paid back in 30 days, it hasn't been 30 days and FNB wants me to pay them R3000 in fees, I took this account under the pretense that I wouldn't be getting charged anything if the money is paid back in 30 days. FNB needs to go listen to that call and reverse that money because either the agent is lying or FNB ,the agent was all but too happy to upgrade my card but now I am getting no help. Sales people will tell you what you want to hear to sell the product whether it's the truth or a version of a truth I want to hear, they will do it. Now for the same overdrawn amount, FNB wants to charge me R3000 in fees!!!!!! This is getting ridiculous and every morning for the past week I have had crazy amounts in fees getting charged, new charges every morning when I haven't used my card to purchase anything for the past week. They say it's on my pricing guide , and I call BS on that!! Why must I pay way over double/triple of what I spent, there is no way somebody gets charged over R3000 in fees, the one fee transaction that went off was for R1250 ,now explain to me how you charge a fee for R1250 for what! Every morning I am talking to someone new from FNB and all they see if FEES FEES FEES ,either the agent that sold me the product was lying or the people I am speaking to are lying, they must sort it out amongst themselves but there is no way I am going to pay R3000 in supposed charges, FNB is just trying to extort money and they explain it as FEES ,this is BS! I want that money to be reversed because there is no way I am going to pay money that FNB is trying to steal, I have been nice and talked to them for the past 3 days and everyday it's a new charge but my card hasn't been in use . FNB this time your service has been poor and in over the 12 years I have been been with you guys never have I ever seen you guys be like this with me .
Got an SMS from Egoli Rewards which I know nothing about saying that they are going to debit R135, How do they even have my details and ID number, FNB should do better in terms of protecting their customers, and if it is your employees selling our details please investigate it because these people have access to our card information, just imagine what worse damage they can do with my ID number and card information.Illegal debit order went off my account this morning, got the SMS yesterday and replied cancelled, tried calling Egoli Rewards and they are not answering, trust and believe I am not scared to sue. Very angry about this, at the fact that they have my details and how do they have my details! I tried calling the number and its busy and it just keeps ringing
