I had called them today because all three of our decoders at home are not playing and are showing the *IUC:8061230484* code So I decided to call them, I was them referred to 3 customer service people. I spoke to the first one and he told me that I still have money I need to pay, at which I don't because the accurate amount of my subscription including the insurance. He said he'd refer me to someone and dropped the call. I tried calling again, I spoke to a lady and she did the same thing I called for the third time and I got to talk to Hlengiwe, I went through the same process and yet again the phone was dropped on me I'm upset and want to report the service and misinformation
For the last 3 weeks I was unable to use my TV because my Decoder was not working. I took the Decoder to DSTV explora Maponya Mall, however till today they have not responded or do anything about it. Every month I pay them an amount of R560.00 and yet my Explorer is not working.
Sometime this week I received an SMS from Nedbank regarding my Homeloan account. All along I have been paying for my Homeloan on a monthly basis, however in July this year I was unable to pay due to financial constraints. Sanlam Glacier, which is the company that my work place advised me to use them for my pension fund. I did that and we worked well. How Sanlam Glacier works is that either they would pay me monthly or annually. In the beginning I used to be paid monthly, however as the funds detoriated, I would only be paid annually only and that payment would be in February. Now what happened is that due to me not paying my Homeloan account on time, I then asked Sanlam Glacier if they could at least give me an amount of R5000.00 in order to pay for my bond. Unfortunately they refused. What I really don't understand is really I could loose my home due them ( Glacier) not help me out? It is my money afterall and I need it for my home only. Nothing else. What I would like to know is really South Africa can someone loose his property just like that when the person has enough funds to pay??? Currently my only income is the Social Grant, If my house is taken What then??? What does Treasury say to this? Can our President please help 🙏 I am also ill at the moment, every 2nd week of the month I have to go to the clinic. I have blood pressure issues, shortness of breath, coughing. I have lost wait and can't even walk for a long time. PLEASE HELP ME.
After a huge up and down in January, February, March, I had to pay Cellc more than my normal installment which is R248.98. I was then told that my April payment will be R288.99 due to some interest rates hikes. The payment would be on the 26th of every month going forward. To my surprise this morning Cellc has debited my account with an amount of R387.98 today. Why R387.98 when they were supposed to debit R288.99????? I am really tired of Cellc as soon as my contract, I am going back to Vodacom. I have never seen people who are so reckless and just take whatever they want from one's bank account. IAM DONE.
I am really, really baffled by Cellc. Really, I don't know whether they are vindictive, etc. At some stage in my life, I had financial problems and ended up with debit orders that didn't go through. I made several calls to them from February till now, the beginning of March. In the interim, what they had done was not to give me the benefits until I am up to date with my monthly payments. I understood. I was unable to write SMS to anyone and other activities that I would have normally done. I couldn't make calls or receive calls. What I could do only was what's up, messages and Gmail. On the 25th of February 2023 Cellc debited my bank account with a sum of R150.00. On the 28th of February 2023 they debited an amount of R 986.97 and on the 3rd of March they debited another amount of R358.99. All this debited orders amounted to R1495.96. I called them and they explained that those amounts were correct because they had to cover the backlog which started when there were insufficient funds in my bank account. Okay I was happy with that. I then asked them to start debiting my account with a sum of R248.98 ( which is my monthly payment on the 26th of March. They called me and agreed that I am now upto date with my payments and they will only Debit my account with an amount of R248.98 on the 26th of March. To my surprise this morning as I checked my bank account I noticed that yesterday they debited my account, however unfortunately I had insufficient funds in my bank account. My question to them is what was the debit order for? As per our discussion they are to start debiting my account on the 26th of this month, the amount should be my normal installment of R248.98. CAN CELLC PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON I AM REALLY REALLY CONFUSEF, ARE THEY NOW GOING TO BLOCK MY BENEFITS AGAIN ????
I am writing this review regarding Sanlamsky. I have 2 Burial policies with them. They are policy numbers: 000523707GB & 0005236058GB. The premium for each policy is R50.00 a month. On the 5th of December 2022 Sanlamsky debited my account with an amount of R200.00 for each policy. This meant that they were debiting for 4 months, which would be September, October, November & December 2022. I agreed with them regarding those payments because I knew that I was behind. Last week I send them an email saying that they should Debit R100.00 for each policy this would have covered January and February 2023 then by the end of this month they will then debit R50.00 for each policy. All of this would mean that I will not be in arrears. I got a response from them this morning starting that those policies had lapsed in 2012 already. My question to them is, if the policies lapsed in 2012 already, why debit my account on the 5th of December 2022 and with an amount of R200.00 for each policy???? Can they please come back to me with concrete feedback.
My query is about my Surplus pension fund, however after dealing with the Surplus people since 2019 till November 2022 they handed the payment process to SARS.on the 3rd of November this year. I went to Donafin to find out as to why I have not been paid yet they said I have to pay a fee of R550.00 to SARS as they are the ones who handle payments. This fee was also meant for a TAX DIRECTIVE. I paid the R550.00. At this point now I was finished with Donafin, SARS took over the payment. I must say I am really happy with Donafin, all the time I dealt with them they would explain everything and also give us reasons why they were asking g for fees, it really made sense. They even gave me a Final Payment Certificate. My surplus payment from SARS was supposed to have been made on Saturday the 17th of December 2022 when I called them they said it would be made on the 19th of December 2022. The guy who answered my call said yes I do have funds reflecting on thier data base. He even quoted my surname and said it definitely is on the payments that should be made. At that point in time I was calling them from my other phone number which is 0837800782, my own number didn't have airtime, nothing came to my bank account. I then called them on the same day of the 19th and I was told that the guys who make payments are out of office. I called again using this number 0672813936 got through to a lady who was in the office, she told me that she will forward my query to them. ( Those who deals with payments) Donafin has done thier part, SARS is the one to pay. Can they please tell me when my Surplus pension fund payment will be made. I was also advised that not everyone has to pay fees for tax directives, it's only required for a certain amount of the Surplus pension amount. Therefore it means that mine falls under the SARS category. Please help me. It's 4 years since I applied for my Surplus pension fund from 2019 upto now 2022.
From the beginning of this, I have been struggling with Cellc due to my debit orders that didn't go through my bank account because there were insufficient funds in my account. I have written endless emails to Cellc, the emails were to make them aware that I am behind with my payments. They responded by saying I should make arrangements with them. I did that but that fell into deaf ears. On Friday the 25th of this month, I personally went to Maponya Mall Cellc. It took me 3 hours of sitting waiting for one of thier agents in their call center to assist me. Finally a lady came through and said they are receiving high call volumes, however she will call me herself @ 3:00pm on the same day. No call came through at all until today. They have a tendency of saying they tried calling me on the 2 cellphone numbers that I gave them but they can't get through. It's a big big lie, those 2 phone are functional. I am getting call from other companies, why is theirs not going through??? All they want to do is to delay the payments so that they can charge me fee's due to the arrears. CAN CELLC PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING FOR A CHANGE.
Good afternoon. I think now irs a million times that I have written this regarding my living annuity. Besides the illness that I am encountering, I now have another huge problem. For the last 3 months I have not being paying my mortgage bond the full amount that I am supposed to pay monthly. The bank in question is not under my back. They want the arrears to be paid immediately as well as the current installment or else they will fo a foreclosure on my house. Honestly and truly I don't have any other income besides the Sassa grant. I cannot afford to loose my house at this stage in my life, where dovI go and to whom? I don't have children nor anybody that can help me. I am single and no children. I don't sleep at night due to this. I have blood pressure issues, etc. My next payment from thembwill only be in February 2023, what do I do in the meantime. I wrote to the Presidents office as well as the Treasury. The office of the presidency responded and said they will come back to me. I am still waiting. Honest to God I have serious financial issues. Even if I don't get the full amount, I will take whatever that I can be given. I also know that you have rules to adhere to, however can I really loose my property because of rules and regulations. I am willing to send you my Homeloan,s statement if need be. Please have mercy. Please revonside
I am struggling with my monthly payments to Cellc. I have just been on call with them and nobody in thier customer care centre is taking my calls. This is my story: On the 27th of June 2022 Cellc debited my account with an amount of R248.98 this was correct. On the 26th of July they debited my account with an amount of R248.98, this was also fine. In August I didn't pay because I had asked them to change my debit order date to the 1st, or 2nd or the 4th of each month the reason for this is that I no longer could afford the 26th because my only income is the my social grant. Sassa. I made an arrangement with them that they should move the debit to the Sassa Dates. They refused saying I should pay them manually via an internet transfer from my Capitec bank account to their Nedbank account. They gave me the Nedbank account details. They further said I would incurred some penalty because of the date change. I obliged and they said I should pay R383.90. This payment was made accordingly. I made it on the 3rd of September 2022. Over and above, I made an agreement with them stating that the next debit order will be in October the 2nd. ( This is the October date for the Sassa grant) Yesterday I send them a Gmail, the reason being that I wanted to make sure that my next debit order will be the 2nd or the 3rd of October. Some lady responded to me via a telephone call thereafter she said she would transfer me to the customer care center. Nobody took my call hence this review. The other issue is that till today Cellc says they did not receive the R383.90 that I paid via internet transfer from my bank account. How can that be. They are the ones who gave me thier Nedbank account and said I could pay them in this method. I have send them the screen short of the payment but till today nobody acknowledges receipt. This transfer was done on the 3rd and today the date is the 28th and nobody can account for it. Can Cellc please do thiet jobs professionally and come back to me urgently please.
