Terrible service at the Montana, Pretoria Galitos as we arrived there at 9:45 and everything was closed. The staff would not assist us and just stood there staring at us and refused to open any drive through windows or doors to assist us but then when a gentleman of a different race arrived they opened up and assisted him. This is absolutely disgusting service and honestly I would consider this racist and we do feel terribly offended. I will no longer support Galitos any longer.
The pizza was great, but I am very disappointed with the dessert, the beer and the pasta I got. Firstly, the dessert had two flies in. Secondly, the beer seemed off as it seemed sour and watered down. When the bill came we were charged for the beers after sending them back, and when I spoke to the manageress who was managing on the 18th of April she asked us whether we just didn't like the beer and I informed her that it's one of the beers we always drink but it seemed off here. She then just halved the prices of the beers but we still paid for it despite the flies in our dessert. Thirdly, I specifically asked the waiter about a pasta, requesting whether it is a creamy pasta of not and he informed me that it is, but when it got to the table it was the exact opposite of creamy. This place was terribly disappointing and I won't support it again.
We purchased a calamari and hake combo and one hake wrap. 1. The calamari was undercooked and was not edible. 2. The hake wrap was a calamari wrap after placing an order for hake. I emailed them and till this day no response. Very disappointed.
Netflorist does not stand for their ****py policy of same day delivery if they stuffed up an order which they had 4 days to prepare. I ordered a personalized item on Sunday and requested that it be delivered for my financee's birthday which was in Friday, they had 4 days to prepare. After phoning them on Friday requesting how far it is from delivery they informed me that there was an error in my order, the same day it had to be delivered. They didn't even phone me to inform me that they won't deliver that day. They then promised to have it delivered on the following Monday, after his birthday, which they didn't do either. And when I called they said they are delivering the following day. I honestly cannot stand such disgusting service and they should be stripped from their title if being the number 1 same day delivery online store. I will never support them again!!
I am extremely disappointed in FNB's credit card services. My limit is R1000 and after canceling my credit card in December 2018 I had an amount of R1447 in my credit card account. In January and February 2019 they are still deducting Admin fees and credit card fees after cancelation. The amount of R447 is also not their money as that was an additional amount I paid in once I canceled. I could not take that money out of the account but I could still pay money into this account. The account is also still visible on my fnb app. I have canceled my credit card and want my money back which they have taken for services fees after two months of cancelation. I hate this bank and I will be moving to another ban**** And if there was an option for no stars I would've chosen that option instead.
