I have been involved in an accident and I have put through a claim with the guilty party's insurance. I am aware that it is a liability claim whoch shpuld take 30 to 90 days to complete. The accident occurred on 04th May 2023 and the claim has not been finalised to date. I have been constantly receiving the run around from Guardrisk. Megan lee is the person that I have been liaising with. I have not received any detailed breakdown of the SLA/Timeline as to when it will be finalised after multiple requests have been made for same. This is absolutely pathetic service amd I have been stuck with an accident damaged car for nearly 5 months now with no end in sight.
My water has been restricted. I made due payment in full on 15 Aug 2023 at 1am. I still have not had any assistance. I have been sent from pillar to post with no success. I have two toddlers at home and my water has been restricted to a point where its unusable but now i need to beg for my services to be restored. Useless and pathetic city we live in. Harrassing me for payment and cutting services in the blink of an eye but restoring my services seems to require a brain surgeon to get the job done. *********** idiots serving our city.
I (Reflectionz Auto Spa) was called out to Auto Alpina Randburg to complete a call out for the detailing of a pearl white BMW G20 320d. This was done back in November 2022 and I still have not received any payment from the company after multiple requests for me to submit my invoice to them. I was promised yesterday 07 Feb by Lloyd(manager at Auto Alpina Randburg) thatmy fubds would be paid today and I have not received any payment and now the dealership ia not taking any of my calls. Pathetic service and even more putrid level of urgency and common courtesy for their service providers.
I have been a customer of truworths for the last 10 years. I have been paying every month and up to this day i have not even received an account card. I have made multiple requests to truworths to get this rectified with no success. I have alsonrecently ordered online due to covid-19 and waited 8 days for my order to be delivered, only to find there was 3 items short on my order. These online ordered items are paid upfront but Truworths' way of operating is completely and utterly frustrating, pathetic and putrid to say the least. When it comes to paying the instalment every month they can call u n sms u and send MBD attorneys after you but when it is their turn to deliver they just end up doing nothing. At this point i think that i will not make any payments on my account until these issues are rectified to my satisfaction.
Cartrack tracking company is the most pathetic company ever. Its a shame i am not able to rate them on minus 5 stars. They cannot assist with anything i ever ask and I have been a customer of theirs since June 2018. They debit my account religiously but they cant assist me with anything. Seems they spending all our premiums on lush office buildings instead of investing in customer service improvement or staff headcount increases. This is utterly pathetic, every time i need assistance CarTrack fails innthe most dismal way possible. "Putting you in control" is a literal meaning of what they do at Cartrack. It seems i should their job for them because they put me in control.
These ****ers dont deserve no damn star. I have been waiting for over three weeks to get a device fitted into my new car and i have already been a customer for almost a year paying them every single month. I am so disappointed in the level of service they give to the people that are paying their salaries. This is a complete lly ****ed up company, i wouldn't recommend them to even the dumbest idiot in the world. They are pathetic in every way. I dont even know how they are still operating when the likes of netstar and matrix have 1million times better service than they could ever imagine having.
