Forgot my wallet at Burger King Randfontein and they refuse to look at the footage
Yesterday I took my family out for lunch at Burger King and I forgot my wallet at Tambotie mall, inside the wallet there was an X amount of money, my id card and my other cards , when I realized that I forgot my wallet i tried contacting the store but could not get through.. I called them again today and they simply told me that they dont see the wallet, I revisited the store and asked to see the footage and they refused stating only the staff is allowed to see the footage, they saying that they can see me leaving without my wallet however they dont want to continue looking at the footage.... Shocking indeed

Worst service in history
After receiving the worst service from Momentum I never thought it would get worse until the spoke with Lebogang Maphaka and her next in line Natalie Mamilall. The pair is not even encourage clients to complain to hello peter, seems like this is how the business operate
