So I contacted montego the 1ste time 11 April 2023 through the portal on there website and on the same day they responded. I messaged them about there monte and me essential (blue bag). The pellets are very hard and the dogs really struggling to brake the pellets, and also when the dog food is bought and opened it is a nice brown colour and as the time goes by the pellets turn into a pale colour, one of my dogs complete stop eating on the monte and me. So after there 1ste response to me I was asked to fill out a whole question and answer sheet, which I happely did and send it off. So I followed up on 26 April 2023 what is going on. So they told me they did not receive the question and answer sheet and I happely send it again from my email and other email to ensure they do get it. On 3 May 2023 they let me know they will be in contact to arrange a courier to come and pick up a sample of the food to be tested, so currently when are on 27 May 2023 and no response of any sort. I am very disappointed in montego because clearly don't care about quality of there dog food, but this is not a supprise as it is not the first time montego is in the spotlight about bad quality food. They have very bad customer support and clearly don't care about the quality of there food.
My car was serviced in July git it back, and pointed out to them there is a scratch on it that was not there. They say they will look on the cameras to see if it was one of there people. A dew days whent by and had to phone them to ask what is going on, they said they will have it fix so they will be in contact with me when to bring it in and get the rental car. So time passed and the middle of August I went back to them to find out when is this going to happen, again they will call me when a rental car is available. So here we are in the middle of October and still nothing from ford silverlakes. There service is terrible and will not recommend it to anyone.
Wanted to buy a piece of furniture at them and very poor sales personnel assistants. Thirst I had to hunt down a sales person to help me because no one is working the floor, second I wanted to buy the product on a monthly payback method and you have to online do it and see if you qualify and all that. There online system does not work wont take me to the next page to continue the process and when asking the sales personnel for assistance they are of zero help just stand around with a dull expression on there face. Very poor service, never going there again.
