Terrible service
It's been a week that I've been waiting for a part on my washing machine, Mastercare will not make contact with you to give you any updates or feedback, when you call you either can't get through or you are just told "we are waiting" no TAT nor any follow ups. I'll never buy a Candy product again because the after sales service from Mastercare is terrible.

New customer
I recently opened an account with FNB and to date i am unable to activate my profile at and ATM, online as well as the App. Your email correspondence team are non the wiser as to how to get this done. I have no time to keep going to an ATM to try and activate nor do I have the time to stand in a queue at a branch. I need this account closed as I prefer not starting off like this with FNB. I can only imagine the journey thereafter should I keep this account. Please have someone contact me to closed this account ASAP.

Netcare Olivedale
My wife is due to give birth and we have already booked the bed at Netcare Olivedale, we are then required to make contact with a lady named Lorraine to book the 4D scan. we have not been getting hold of Lorraine as her phone is either off or just rings, we send her messages and she would read them and not reply. Is she the only person that does 4D scans there? What do we do now that we cannot get hold of her? This is not first time i see someone has complained about her.

New Business Account
Opened a Business Account with to date i have received no card, i have also been trying to obtain a proof of banking details but for some reason can never seem to get through after endless attemps.. This leaves a very bad impression on me as a new customer, havent even started doing business with FNB yet this is my experience already..
